To achieve high levels of performance, it depends on a variety of influence factors. There are at least six external factors that determine an employee's performance level, namely: (a) environment, (b) management behavior, (c) position design, (d) level of education, (e) training, (f) motivation and (g) administration Remuneration. The purpose of this research was to determine the principal's leadership style and organizational culture on the motivation of teachers and employees. With a total population of 150 people, this study used quantitative research methods. The focus of this research is to measure variables. The procedure of this research emphasizes theories through the measurement of variables. By using the path analysis included in the multivariate model with the Amos version 5.0 program. The sampling technique are used in this research is a random method, where the samples taken were 60 people. This reseach00 uses a survey approach that examines by taking samples from a population using a questionnaire to collect data. Based on the results of the research , it can be concluded that the Principal's leadership style affects the Work Motivation of Teachers and employees, and organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational performance and employee job satisfaction. Setidaknya ada enam faktor eksternal yang menentukan tingkat kinerja seseorang pegawai yaitu: (a) lingkungan, (b) perilaku manajemen, (c) design jabatan, (d) jenjang pendidikan, (e) pelatihan, (f) motivasi dan (g) administrasi pengupahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi guru dan karyawan. Dengan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 150 orang Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Fokus penelitian ini untuk mengukur antar variabel. Prosedur penelitian ini menekankan pada teori-teori yang melalui pengukuran variabel. Dengan menggunakan path analysis yang termasuk dalam model multivariate dengan program Amos versi 5.0. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode random, dimana sampel yang diambil adalah 60 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey yang meneliti dengan mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru dan karyawan, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kemampuan membaca dan menulis anak-anak dan masyarakat di dusun Cumpleng tergolong rendah. Mereka lebih cenderung memilih untuk bermain dan nongkrong di balai desa hanya sekedar untuk bermain game online. Pengabdian ini menitik beratkan pada upaya pendampingan sebuah pembangunan rumah baca, yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Maka dari itu, pendampingan ini menggunakan tiga tahapan yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil. Tahap perencanaan yakni melakukan sebuah observasi, menyusun jadwal, dan membuat Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Tahap pelaksanaan yakni merealisasikan aksi pembanguanna rumah baca tersebut dan setelah terrealisasikan rumah baca tersebut diadakan sebuah peresmian. Tahapan terakhir yaitu hasil, pada tahapan ini sejauh mana anak-anak dan masyarakat di dusun Cumpleng dapat memanfaat fasilitas yang telah ada. Dan hasilnya diperoleh bahwa anak-anak dapat memanfaatkan rumah baca tersebut dan dapat mengakses pengetahuan melalui fasilitas internet yang ada.Kata Kunci: gerakan literasi; rumah baca.Assistance For Community Literation Movement Through Reading HouseABSTRACTThe ability to read and write children and the community in the village of Cumpleng is relatively low. They are more likely to choose to play and hang out at the village hall to play online games. This dedication focuses on assisting in the construction of a reading house, which aims to overcome these problems. Therefore, this assistance uses three stages, namely, planning, implementation, and results. The planning stage is to make an observation, arrange a schedule, and create a Group Discussion Forum (FGD). The implementation phase is to realize the building of the reading house, and after the reading, the house is understood an inauguration will be held. The final stage is the results. At this stage, the extent to which children and the community in the village of Cumpleng can take advantage of existing facilities. And the results are obtained that children can use the reading house and can access knowledge through existing internet facilities.Keywords: literacy movement; reading house.
This PkM training activity aims to provide training on how to utilize technology, namely the use of free online gamification features to assist the teaching and learning process outside the classroom using the Quizizz application. The implementation method used is socialization, training implementation and evaluation. The subject of this training was attended by 15 sixth grade students. The results show that the application can increase student learning concentration and can increase enthusiasm in learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic so that online learning feels more fun and students can learn while playing through this Quizizz application. This training also has a significant impact on the ability of teachers to develop learning evaluation instruments using the Quizizz application.
Gerakan literasi dirasa sangat penting karena dengan diadakannya kegiatan ini anak-anak mampu bersosialisasi melalui kemampuan berbahasanya dan memahami makna suatu informasi dengan sejelas-jelasnya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kulitatif deskriptif yang dirancang untuk memperoleh informasi tentang suatu gejala saat penelitian dilakukan Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan di desa Kendal. Partisipan utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah seluruh anak-anak yang ada didesa kendal. Namun hasil observasi minat anak-anak yang mengikuti pendampingan ini berjumlah 28 anak yang berusia 6-8 tahun. Dalam upaya meningkatkan minat baca peneliti menggunakan beberapa strategi yaitu eduation, aproach, dream, action, evaluation. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mempunyai dampak perubahan yaitu anak-anak antusias mengikuti kegiatan yang diselenggarakan seperti menulis puisi, menulis pantun, membaca, berhitung bersama, ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sudah mulai tertarik dengan kegiatan literasi. Selain itu, adanya peningkatan kunjungan perpustakaan. Dalam kunjungan ke perpustakaan anak usia dini lebih gemar membaca buku yang ada gambarnya contohnya komik atau buku dongeng. Kunjungan anak lebih banyak ketika pada sore hari karena pada pagi hari anak harus sekolah kecuali hari minggu anak bisa berkunjung pagi. Selain itu, terdapat perubahan dari orang tua dibuktikan dengan ketika masyarakat berkunjung ke Taman Expressi orang tua selalu mengarahkan anaknya untuk membaca ke perpustakaan sudut taman baca. Dengan demikian kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa anak usia-6-8 tahun antusias untuk datang ke perpustakaan seluruhnya hadir semua artinya adanya minat dari anak terkait dengan gerakan literasi. Every living creatures, including humans, will inevitably experience death. Because taking care of the corpse is a form of caring and respect for fellow Muslims. So we as a Muslims must know the procedures and rules for treating corpse. Thus that this corpse care training can contribute to helping the community to add officers who can organize the corpse so that the difficulty in finding the corpse organizers is overcome and trying to improve the ability of Bluluk villagers, about rules for treating corpse according to Islamic law. There are three steps used in the training for treating corpse, namely lecture method, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and practice of genizah management. The results obtained from this training were the Muslim NU group, and the surrounding community gained an understanding and mastered the concept of managing corpses and mastering the basics of managing Muslim corpses so that they could apply them in practice by the Al-Qur’an and the Sunnah and pay attention to manners in each the process. And the Muslim NU group and the surrounding community were willing to form a corpse management team so that they could contribute to the community. Keywords: Training, corpse care. Islamic Law. ABSTRAKSetiap makhluk hidup, termasuk juga manusia pasti akan mengalami mati. Karena mengurus jenazah merupakan salah satu bentuk kepedulian dan penghormatan kepada sesama muslim. Jadi kita sebagai seorang muslim harus mengetahui tata cara dan aturan dalam perawatan jenazah. Sehingga pelatihan perawatan jenazah ini dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk membantu masyarakat untuk menambah petugas yang dapat menyelenggarakan jenazah sehingga kesulitan dalam mencari tenaga penyelenggara jenazah teratasi dan berupaya meningkatkan kemampuan warga masyarakat desa Bluluk, mengenai aturan dalam perawatan jenazah menurut syariat Islam. Terdapat tiga langkah yang digunakan dalam pelatihan perawatan jenazah ini yaitu metode ceramah, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), dan praktik pengurusan jeanzah. Hasil yang didapat dari pelatihan ini yaitu kelompok muslimat NU dan masyarakat sekitar mendapatkan pemahaman dan menguasai konsep mengenai pengurusan jenazah dan menguasai dasar-dasar pengurusan jenazah muslim, sehingga dapat mengaplikasikannya dengan praktik yang sesuai dengan Al-Quran dan Sunnah serta memperhatikan adab-adab dalam setiap prosesnya. Dan kelompok muslimat NU dan masyarakat sekitar bersedia membentuk tim pengurusan jenazah sehingga dapat berkontribusi terhadap masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Perawatan jenazah. Syariat Islam.

Writing learning activities, students still experience many difficulties because teachers use conventional learning methods. So that causes the interest and enthusiasm of students in learning to be less, and the results achieved are not optimal. With media in the form of images will make it easier for students to express their ideas. Therefore, this research aims to improve students' poetry writing skills by using picture media. Because media images can stimulate students to give imagination and make students creative in writing poetry. The research method used is qualitative. The subject of this research is grade V. The results of the study indicate that the ability to write poetry based on image media can improve students' poetry writing skills. Students can make poetry titles from predetermined themes, can choose new and creative words (diction), and can use speech. The creativity of students writing poetry uses two types of majors, and they are contrasting forms and comparison forms
Learning literature is an integral part of the educational environment. One of the innovative lessons that help students understand the material and improve their thinking skills in poetry material is learning using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model. This type of research is an experimental research. In this study, researchers designed their research using a one group pretest-postest design. The characteristic of this design is that there is a pretest before being given treatment and posttest after being given the treatment, so that the results obtained are that the percentage is 100%. With this percentage it can be stated that the textbook based on the CTL learning model is very good.
