Modernisasi akan selalu mengalami perkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan.agar mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan brand image terhadap minat beli produk kosmetik Make Over. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di kota Medan. Jumlah sampel diperoleh 100 responden. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, dengan perolehan data dari kuesioner melalui google from. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda dalam menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara masing-masing bahwa digital marketing dan brand image memiliki pengaruh parsial yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli kosmetik Make Over di kota Medan. Hasil digital marketing dan brand image secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli kosmetik Make Over di kota Medan. Hasil nilai R Square dibuktikan sebesar 86,2% oleh variabel dalam penelitian ini.
Organizational communication is the sending and receiving of various organizational messages by formal and informal groups within an organization. The existence of good organizational communication determines good corporate performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the role of corporate communication in improving employee morale at PT KEIHIN INDONESIA (KHI). Data collection was done through direct field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The theory used is organizational communication theory. From this research, it can be concluded that:(1) Point KHI is a company that pays attention to open communication with all parties involved in order to avoid miscommunication and misunderstanding. (2) Communication patterns at KHI adhere to the organizational communication pattern of downward communication, upward communication, and horizontal communication. (3) There is centralization of decision-making/policy-making when the interests of the entire company are at stake rather than the interests of just one or more departments.

The family economy began to experience imbalances, due to a ban on activities outside the home at the beginning of the pandemic that hit Indonesia. The use of bridal makeup services has decreased significantly due to a temporary ban from the government to eliminate large crowds. This happened during March 2020. Post June 1, 2020, the Indonesian economy is gradually moving towards the recovery stage. The national economy slowly returned to normal. Related to this, the active automatic movement of UMKM has begun to run again. And one of the UMKM that was affected by the pandemic.covid is the service of Rias Griya AyuNingsih-a wedding which is located at Jalan Raya Kemangsari, Jatibening Baru, Pondok Gede, Bekasi.
The Covid 19 outbreak has had a huge impact on human life. Both midwives for education, economy, and entertainment. There is a necessity in carrying out health protocols, namely to always use a mask when on the move outside the home, always carry out physical distancing, and wash your hands as often as possible. This led to the emergence of a new culture in society. A new culture that changes the level of human life, and ethical and aesthetic values. Before this pandemic hit, people who wore masks when talking to others were considered impolite and less respectful of their interlocutors. The process of interpersonal communication becomes a little disturbed by not being able to see the non-verbal response of the communicant, namely facial expressions and smiles. People who have to wear masks often feel discomfort while doing activities outside the home. Some medical professionals recommend changing the mask after being used for 3- 4 hours continuously during work activities. Now the use of masks has become a new culture not only in one country but a new culture in all countries.
Good organizational communication is communication carried out by an organization both internally and externally. Internal organizational communication is communication carried out within an organization where there is only communication between members of the organization. External organizational communication is communication carried out by an organization with its potential partners, prospective clients, partners and clients, and the surrounding community. Kelurahan Mustikasari- Bekasi in carrying out its organizational structure has carried out good internal and external organizational communication. In organizational communication also includes interpersonal communication / interpersonal.
