The aims of this study was to analyzed and reviewed the literatures about effectiveness mindfulness therapy to reduce anxiety. The method was Reviewing fourteen literature (international journal) and using Meta-analysis method to analyzed effectiveness mindfulness therapy for reduce anxiety. The result revealed that fourteen journals showed that mindfulness therapy effective to reduce anxiety. Effect size score from random effect is 1, 28 (95% CI=0,803 to 1,756, P=0,0) with I 2 (inkonsistensi) 89.0%. These result show that mindfulness therapy effective (significant) to reduce anxiety.
