Folding machine prototype is a tool for folding clothes that used a LEGO Mindstorm EV3 and the movement of this LEGO will be controlled by using the proposed method.This research is using 2 kind of systems, first is (Proportional Integration Derrivative) and second is Fuzzy-PD. This system can improve the production efficiency especially in micro convection-based industry (UKM). This folding machine prototype has 3 folds connected to the EV3 Large Motors as actuators. PID and Fuzzy-PD control systems are used to control the position of the motor angle by reading the rotary encoder. Based on the test results with load condition at Kp=7,00; Ki=2.00; Kd=15.5,the PID control system has a rise time of 0.479s with settling time of 0.551s and overshoot value of 9,1%. While the result of Fuzzy-PD control shows the rise time is equal to 0.617s with settling time of 0.7s and overshoot value of 7.5%.
In pandemic conditions such as COVID-19, the measurement of vital signs such as body temperature and heart rate becomes the basis for conducting health screenings. To reduce physical contact and potential hazards, this measurement process can be carried out non-contact. The non-contact measurements carried out in this study used a thermal imaging approach. To reduce the potential danger of transmission, this non-contact measurement device is applied to a security robot. The non-contact measurement method using thermal imaging is done by processing a thermal image on the forehead area. Changes in temperature in the forehead area are then entered into a bandpass filter with a frequency of 0.75 Hz to 3 Hz, which is the frequency range of the human heartbeat under normal circumstances. Calculating heart rate is carried out with two approaches, namely peak to peak interval and fast Fourier transform. Based on the peak-to-peak interval approach, the accuracy is 89.24%, with a standard deviation of 5.6. Meanwhile, with the dominant frequency detection approach using the fast Fourier transform, the accuracy value is slightly better, at 91.84%, with a standard deviation of 4.81.
<span lang="EN-US">Remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) for non-contact heart rate measurement has been widely developed and shows good development. However, motion artifact due to changes in illumination and subject movement is still the main problem. Especially when measurements are taken in real conditions. In these conditions, it will be vulnerable to rPPG signal readings with poor signal quality. So, in this paper, it is proposed to classify the signal quality using one dimensional convolutional neural network (1D CNN). The classification is carried out based on the extraction of the temporal features of the rPPG signal that has been obtained from the plane orthogonal to skin algorithm and the magnitude of the subject's movement when measured. The classification results are entered into a compensated network if the signal obtained shows moderate quality. The compensated network will provide a more accurate estimate of hr value. The test was carried out using a dataset of 10 subjects, each measured with 3 different types of illumination. In the experiments conducted, the system's performance showed an improvement compared to the POS algorithm alone. The experiment found that the mean absolute error measurement was 2.78, and the mean error was relative at 3.67%.</span>
Kelurahan Sukaolilo Baru Kecamatan Bulak Kota Surabaya, merupakan salah satutempat penghasil olahan laut terbesar di surabaya, produk yang dihasilkan seperti kerupukterung, tripang, lorjuk, kulit ikan dan lain-lain. UKM perlu melakukan inovasi kemasan dancitra rasa produk yang dapat mencitrakan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Kemasanmerupakkan salah satu ciri yang mudah untuk menonjolkan kualitas produk, dimana kemasanakan menciptakan identitas tersendiri atas produk yang dihasilkan. Sedangkan cita rasa yangkhas dari suatu tempat akan mendapatkan tempat tersendiri dari konsumen dalam menentukansuatu produk olahan. Persaingan dalam merebutkan pangsa pasar saai ini menjadi semakinrumit, dimana perkembangan teknologi membuat paritasme produk yang dihasilkan semakinmeningkat. Pada Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bekerja sama dengan Ibu UswatunKhasanah, sebagai salah satu penjual hasil olahan laut, dimana produk utama yang di jual adalahKerupuk Terung. Dari itu maka Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini berfokus pada olahanTerung. PKM ini bertujuan memberikan teknologi berupa disain kemasan dan cita rasa dariolahan produk terung. Metode yang digunakan pada PKM ini adalah berupa pelatihan dalamsegala hal untuk memasaran produk, dimana meliputi strategi pemilihan kualitas kerupukterung, disain kemasan kerupuk terung, label kemasan dan cita rasa dari kerupuk terung. Padapemilihan kualitas kerupuk terung dibedakan menjadi dua bagian, dimana yang pertama kualitassuper dan yang kedua kuwalitas standar. Pada pemilihan kemasan yang digunakan jenis plastikopp dengan ukuran 1 kg, hal ini di maksudkan untuk mempermudah pelanggan dalam membukadan menutup kembali olahan, supaya tidak lembek. Pelabelan produk yang menginisialisaikancitra rasa olahan, yaitu dengan membuat stiker yang kemudian di tempelkan pada bagiankemasan produk, dan yang terahir adalah citra rasa produk. Selain desain kemasan padaprogram ini juga memberikan pengembangan pemasaran dengan sistem online. Dari pelatihandan pengembangan inovasi citra rasa dan pemasaran produk Kerupuk Terung, diharapkan dapatmeningkatkan penjualan dari produk-produk yang dikelola oleh ibu Uswatun Khasasnah, danmemiliki kelangsungan usaha yang baik.Kata Kunci: UKM, Kerupuk Terung, Inovasi Rasa, Pemasaran
