The purpose of this article is to understand and analyze critically and sharply about the solidarity’s ethics of Knud Ejler Løgstrup and its implications for the victims of covid-19 in Indonesia. The research method is library research using the hermeneutic method. The results of research showed Løgstrup's thought of solidarity became the basis for solidarity on victims of desease covid-19, solidarity on victims of covid-19 was not just a feeling, it was not normative, always asymmetrical, a moral phenomenon and the hallmark of love.
Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis aliran etika modern dan beberapa ciri khas etika modern serta beberapa kritik postmodernisme terhadap etika modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka dengan menggunakan metode hermeneutika. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ciri khas dari etika modern yakni rasionalitas moral, universalitas moral, dan kemutlakan peraturan moral. Konsep etika modern tersebut dikritisi oleh postmodernisme dengan bertitik tolak pada pandangan etika postmodern. Dalam perspektif postmodernisme, etika secara moral manusia bersifat ambivalen, secara inheren fenomena moral bercorak “non-rasional, secara tak terhindarkan moralitas bercorak aporetik, norma dan praktik moral tidak dapat dimutlakan dan diuniversalisasikan dan moral adalah realitas pertama dari subjek manusia.
