Introduction: Improved hospital performance can improve employee performance. The better employee performance, the more services provided to patients Employee performance is influenced by work motivation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance. Methods: This research uses a quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The number of respondents in this study was 79 employees. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis. Motivation is assessed by questionnaire and performance evaluation uses observation sheets. Results: Employee motivation and performance are included in the high category (82.3%) and (92.4%). There is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance (r = 0.775 p (0, 00) <0, 05). The effect of intrinsic motivation (r = 0.737) is stronger than extrinsic motivation (r = 0.325). There is the influence of sub-variable responsibility (p = 0.032), recognition (p = 0.002), work performance (p = 0.007), career development (p = 0.000), work (p = 0.016), promotion (p = 0.029)) working conditions (p = 0.001) on employee performance. Conclusions: Overall there is a strong influence on the work motivation of hospital employees. Work motivation still needs to be maintained and improved for better employee performance.
The lack of patient satisfaction is due to the increasing demands of the patient's needs, but this is not accompanied by improvements in nurses' actions. If the customer feels dissatisfied with a service provided, then that service can be ascertained to be ineffective and inefficient. This is especially important for public services. Providing services to the community as done by RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban, needs to get attention, especially in the quality of services to suit the needs and expectations of the community. This study focuses on the quality of nursing services and the level of patient satisfaction in the Asoka Hospital Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services with the level of patient satisfaction in the Asoka Hospital Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study uses analytic survey research with cross sectional approach, while the data analysis used is the Spearman Rank correlation test. The population used in this study were patients in the Asoka room of RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban who fit the inclusion criteria as many as 155, with a large sample of 112 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that most patients were quite satisfied with the quite good nursing services. Spearmen Correlation Test Results (rs) obtained, the variable quality of nursing services (p <0.05) has a relationship to the level of patient satisfaction with moderate correlation (r = 0.476) and the direction of the positive correlation which means the better the quality of nursing services, the higher the level of satisfaction patient.Almost half of the nurses at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuba have a good quality nursing service. Almost half of the patient at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban feel satisfy with nurse’s service; there is a correlation between the quality of nurse service and the level of patient satisfaction at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban.
Latar belakang: Teh merupakan minuman yang sangat umum dalam kehidupan seharihari. Produk teh tidak hanya dihasilkan dari daun teh saja tetapi masih banyak tanaman yang dapat digunakan salah satunya adalah tanaman Moringa oleifera lamk atau yang kita kenal dengan Kelor. Tanaman kelor banyak ditanam di daerah Desa Dawung Kec. Palang Kab. Tuban sebagian besar masyarakat memanfaatkan pohon kelor hanya sebagai pagar dipekarangan rumah, masih banyak warga yang belum mengetahui manfaat dari tanaman tersebut. Secara umum dipahami bahwa daun kelor sangat baik untuk tubuh dan membawa banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan kita. Metode: Dengan pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi yang dilakukan selama program pengabdian masyarakat sampai para mitra mampu mengembangkan bisnis dengan baik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mengembangkan kewirausahaan setiap rumah tangga untuk mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif dan pendapatan keuangan. Hasil :dari kegiatan ini yaitu 1) meningkatkan pendapatan setiap kepala rumah tangga dalam upaya mendukung kegiatan pengembangan masyarakat, terdapat peningkatan pendapatan keuangan meskipun belum dalam sekala besar ; 2) komunitas wirausaha memiliki kemampuan perencanaan bisnis; 3) meningkatkan kemampuan komunitas wirausaha dalam melakukan operasi bisnis. Hasil yang di dapatkan dari pelatihan tersebut adalah warga selain mendapatkan ilmu dalam mengola daun kelor juga mendapatkan pemasukan tambahan dalam keuangan dari hasil penjualan teh kesehatan. Simpulan: Dari kegiatan inidi bahwa masyarakat akan kreatif dan produktif untuk meningkat pendapatan.
Pendahuluan: Salah satu yang mendukung motivasi kerja perawat adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, dimana gaya kepemimpinan demokratis itu sendiri adalah adanya peran serta bawahan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan secara musyawarah. Seorang perawat yang bekerja di unit rawat inap harus mempunyai motivasi kerja yang tinggi agar dapat melakasanakan asuhan keperawatan secara baik, namun kenyataanya banyak perawat yang kurang bersemangat dalam menjalankan tugasnya karena gaya kepemipinan yang diterapkan kepala ruang belum sesuai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruang terhadap motivasi kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban.Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi sebanyak 47 responden dengan jumlah besar sampel penelitian 42 responden, kemudian menggunakan teknik cluster sampling sebagai cara pengambilan sampel. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan Koefisien Kontingensi.Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hampir seluruhnya perawat menilai bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruang yang dimiliki adalah demokratis, dan sebagian besar perawat memiliki motivasi tinggi. Hasil koefisien kontingensi didapatkan, maka variabel gaya kepemimpinan (p<0,05) mempunyai hubungan terhadap motivasi kerja perawat dengan korelasi sedang (r=0,542), dan arah korelasi positif yang berarti semakin demokratis gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruang maka motivasi kerja perawat semakin tinggi. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruang dengan motivasi kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban. Sehingga diharapkan kepala ruang dapat menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis sehingga mampu meningkatkan motivasi perawat yang masih rendah.
At the time toddler, this is the right time for parents to teach children to perform toileting. Children who have not been able to perform toileting properly because of the ability of a child who is not robust like, not yet accustomed to sitting or squatting on the toilet, have not been able to remove his trousers, and some children do who do not know how toileting, requires a method or way that is easily understood by children in teaching toileting, one of which is by video modeling. This study uses Analytical Experimental Design with one-group pretest-posttest design conducted on 34 respondents. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. The instruments used were toileting ability questionnaire and video modeling. The results showed that the ability of child toileting before being given video modeling most of the respondents had sufficient ability, and after being given video modeling almost all respondents had good abilities. This is evidenced by the Wilcoxon test obtained p-value = 0,000 (α <0.05) where 0,000 <0.05 then there is an influence of video modeling on the ability of toileting toddler children in the Bunda Padasan Permata study group. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that video modeling can be used as an alternative to toileting learning media in toddler-age children.
