CAMP factor is an extracellular cytolytic protein produced by Streptococcus agalactiae. CAMP factor has been reported to bind the Fc fragments of immunoglobulin G (IgG) and has therefore also been called protein B, in analogy to protein A of Staphylococcus aureus. We attempted to characterize the interaction of protein B with IgG in more detail. In contrast to protein A, CAMP factor does not inhibit the activation of complement by hemolysin antibodies bound to sheep red cell surfaces. IgG also failed to inhibit the co-hemolytic activity of CAMP factor, which is in disagreement with previous findings. After co-incubation, CAMP factor and IgG were cleanly separated by gel filtration, indicating that no binding had occurred.
Seven novel lanthanide coordination polymers, [Eu(STP)(glu)]n (1), [Ln4(STP)2(glu)5]n·4nH2O [Ln = Er (2), Yb (3)], [Ln(STP)(1,3‐bdc)]n·0.5nH2O [Ln = Tb (4), Yb (5)], and [Ln(STP)(1,2‐bdc)]n [Ln = Eu (6), Tb (7)] [NaSTP = sodium 2‐(2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridin‐4′‐yl)benzenesulfonate, H2glu = glutaric acid, H2(1,3‐bdc) = benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylic acid, H2(1,2‐bdc) = benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylic acid], have been prepared under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound (1) possesses a 2D layered structure based on 1D chains with STP− and glu2− anions acting as bridges. Compounds (2) and (3) are isomorphous and show a rare 3D tcj/hc net with a tetranuclear Ln3+ unit regarded as a seven‐connected node and a glu2− anion serving as a three‐connected node. Compounds (4) and (5) are isomorphous and exhibit six‐connected pcu nets by denoting binuclear units to six‐connected nodes. Compounds (6) and (7) display 3D 3,5T1 nets with (1,2‐bdc)2− anions and dimetallic units serving as three‐ and five‐connected nodes, respectively. The Eu compounds (1) and (6) demonstrate typically red emission, while the Tb compounds (4) and (7) exhibit characteristic green emission. The emission spectra of heteronuclear compounds [EuxTb1−x(STP)(1,2‐bdc)]n (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) as efficient luminescent tags were investigated. The intermetallic energy transfer of Tb to Eu was also evaluated.
The paper proposed a original matching algorithm using the feature vectors of rigid points sets matrix and a online matching intersection testing algorithm using the bounding sphere. The relationship searching between points in each set is took place by the corresponding eigenvectors that is a closed form solution relatively. The affine transformed eigenvalue and eigenvector is also used instead of the affine transformed points sets for the non-rigid matching that do not need the complicated global goal function. The characteristics matching for the initial registration can give a well initial value for the surfaces align that improve the probability of global solution for the following-up ICP
To solve the problem of calculating the maximum linear deviation in block cipher algorithm linear analysis, the paper has proposed a search method and improved algorithm based on iterative closest point (ICP) of the maximum deviation. The ciphertext and its coefficient matrix is initialized as range image matrix, using ICP algorithm to calculate the best match state of adjacent range image, and the linear deviation value of round function transformation of this time was proved to be the maximum linear deviation by applying generalized Walsh spectrum; by proposing the initial rule corresponding distance, determined the initial corresponding relation of iterative algorithm, each round of transformation matrix would be assigned to the next round as the initial transformation matrix which has improved the matching speed of the ICP algorithm; the rationality and effectiveness of this new search algorithm can be proved by comparing with the maximum linear deviation search algorithm put forward by M.Matsui.
To solve the problem of construction for stream cipher key generator and the problem of SSC/SSSC stream ciphers need to relay on the secret channel to transmit the key, it presents a new clock function drive by a clock-control sequence and chaotic cascade function made of multiple Logistic function , which are used to built the self-reference model and chaotic module; it design a adapt controller independent of the key generator and encrypt module, achieve controlling encryption and transmission process by multi-threaded code;it makes a key generator with transformation ranks and wheel key method of AES and S-box of Camellia, which makes the sub-key and the key generator`s internal station become a insufficient condition that does not need to depend on the secret channel, the model achieves a exponential growth in the key space and the same application scope of traditional SSC and SSSC model. The new protocol model features can be seen under the actual operation of modifying RC4 algorithm.
