Este trabalho tem como objetivo desconstruir saberes tradicionais. Desconstruir por meio da decolonialidade a visão tida das religiões de matrizes africanas, desde o batuque até a umbanda, e, especialmente esta última, como sua criminalização desde o Brasil Colônia vem nos dias de hoje prejudicando os praticantes místicos e simpatizantes. Desta forma, o objetivo geral é analisar criticamente, por meio da teoria crítica dos direitos humanos e da criminologia crítica produzida na periferia, como as proibições de cultos e o colonialismo, por meio do eurocentrismo, produzem os preconceitos e intolerância atuais, de forma a pensar pelas margens como superar estes (pré)conceitos. Utiliza-se o método qualitativo, com emprego de etapa bibliográfica e documental, para que possamos alcançar o objetivo proposto.

Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar o software de gestão utilizado na Administração Pública como sendo um serviço cuja especificidade justifica a dispensabilidade de licitação, tendo em vista que os softwares desenvolvidos na maioria das vezes levam em consideração condições de cada órgão ou setor da Administração e propiciar um serviço que atenda tais especificações promove um contributo ao princípio da eficiência.
