Este artigo pretende apresentar os resultados preliminares de um estudo sobre fraseotermos da língua espanhola usados para denominar a avifauna do Pantanal Sul-mato-grossense, a partir de dados extraídos de materiais digitais ornitológicos. O trabalho apoia-se nos pressupostos teóricos e metodológicos da Teoria da Denominação (PETIT, 2009), da Terminologia (CABRÉ, 1998), da Socioterminologia (GAUDIN, 1993) e da Fraseologia (GONZÁLEZ-REY, 2015). Cada denominação é considerada, no domínio da Terminologia, como termo. No caso de uma análise de fraseologismos, o termo adequado para nomear as colocações terminológicas é fraseotermo. Os primeiros resultados mostram que os fraseotermos que nomeiam as aves do Pantanal sofrem uma forte influência sociocultural, o que corrobora a necessidade de um trabalho fraseoterminológico com base em critérios científicos.
O Pantanal é uma ecorregião que reúne um contingente importante de aves, representando cerca de 40% das espécies da avifauna do Brasil. Apesar do interesse despertado por essa característica da região, a lacuna de publicações científicas, destinadas a um público-alvo de pesquisadores que se ocupam de estudos sobre a avifauna representa uma barreira à comunicação entre especialistas e pantaneiros. Este trabalho, recorte de uma pesquisa de doutorado em andamento, propõe uma reflexão sobre a concepção de verbete de um vocabulário especializado, que favoreça uma melhor comunicação entre ornitólogos, observadores leigos da avifauna e habitantes das sub-regiões do Pantanal. O estudo parte da observação de disparidades morfossemânticas identificadas na análise comparativa dos táxons da avifauna do Pantanal sul-mato-grossense nos diferentes idiomas disponíveis no site Avibase (Banco de dados mundial da avifauna, 2021). O corpus da nomenclatura científica foi obtido no Registro Brasileiro de Ornitologia (RBO, 2021) e complementado com dados fotográficos e linguísticos mediante entrevistas com habitantes do Pantanal. O estudo orienta-se por princípios teóricos da Lexicografia (REY-DEBOVE, 1971), da Terminografia (REY, 1979; KRIEGER; FINATTO, 2004; BARROS, 2004; FAULSTICH, 2010) e da Terminologia multilíngue (THOIRON, 1994), autor que propõe a concepção da definição, com os semas das denominações em um máximo de idiomas diferentes. Este trabalho discute uma proposta de verbete cuja definição busca oferecer ao público-alvo indicações científicas indispensáveis à observação da avifauna que, ao mesmo tempo em que forneçam dados sociolinguísticos, etimológicos e enciclopédicos, facilitem a comunicação com a população pantaneira e uma melhor compreensão do objeto de estudo.
A escolha de um dicionário especializado construído com respeito às teorias linguísticas e ao público-alvo é fundamental para a aprendizagem. A Terminografia, entendida como a prática da Terminologia, fornece parâmetros para a elaboração e análise de dicionários especializados. Este trabalho tem como objetivo discutir parâmetros para elaboração de uma planilha com critérios e indicadores para análise de dicionários especializados, elaborada com base nos pressupostos da Terminografia e da Lexicografia. Como método, a planilha proposta propicia ainda a sua reutilização em múltiplas avaliações de diferentes dicionários especializados. O trabalho discute ainda os conceitos de termo, Terminologia e Terminografia, referencial teórico que subsidiou a análise da macroestrutura e da microestrutura de dois dicionários, um de Direito Ambiental e um sobre a fraseologia jurídica do Direito da Família, com o objetivo de verificar a aplicabilidade da planilha proposta. A pesquisa mostra que, com a abertura e desenvolvimento desse instrumento, futuras análises no âmbito dos dicionários especializados poderão ser realizadas de modo mais efetivo.
