La pratique de l’intervention dans la perspective de Transition comporte trois étapes incontournables : l’analyse de la demande, la conception d’un dispositif d’intervention et la conduite des groupes au sein de ce dispositif. La conception du dispositif doit prendre en compte, certes, les problèmes à traiter mais aussi le fonctionnement de la structure concernée. Dans l’exemple développé ici, le dispositif est complexe parce que le fonctionnement organisationnel l’est aussi et que l’existence de groupes distincts est une nécessité ; tout comme la mise en place de liens entre ces groupes. L’analyse de la demande ne se limite pas à une compréhension de ce qui est demandé mais consiste en une analyse du contexte, des problèmes explicites et sous-jacents tout en prenant en compte la place de celui qui exprime une commande et ses enjeux. La conduite de groupe est la manière dont l’intervenant va gérer ce qui se joue dans les espaces de travail du dispositif. Cette conduite va être déterminée par l’analyse de ce qui est à l’œuvre. Elle vise à une élaboration partagée en groupe permettant une véritable évolution des pratiques.
