O objetivo desse estudo foi compreender a percepção de acadêmicos sobre a crise hídrica na região do Distrito Federal, Brasil. Para isso, foi realizado uma pesquisa descritiva exploratória com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa. Foram aplicados questionários e participaram do estudo 167 acadêmicos. As entrevistas foram realizadas na região do Distrito Federal. Os dados foram coletados através de entrevistas estruturadas, conforme as repostas dos entrevistados. Verificou-se que na visão de 79% dos universitários, a crise hídrica no Distrito Federal está relacionada a um cenário de falta de investimentos em tecnologia e infraestrutura, assim como a falta de conservação da natureza representada pelo desmatamento do Cerrado e uso irregular do solo. A maioria dos entrevistados (87%) acredita que a universidade pode contribuir com soluções importantes para contornar a crise hídrica, e os mecanismos interdisciplinares da Educação Ambiental, a chave para um consumo consciente. A pesquisa evidencia a necessidade de informações mais disseminadas sobre impactos quanto ao uso dá água, a fim de contribuir com a descrição dos cenários de crise hídrica feita de acordo com as variações de percepções dos abordados.
A Bacia Hidrográfica do Córrego Bandeirinha possui aproximadamente 180 km² e apresenta importância estratégica para o município de Formosa-GO. A pesquisa elaborou o mapa de vulnerabilidade ambiental da referia bacia a partir das geotecnologias, considerando a análise sistêmica e os estudos integrados da paisagem. Para isso, utilizou-se dados do meio físico disponibilizados em formato shapefile pelo Sistema Estadual de Geoinformação de Goiás (SIEG) e dados extraídos de uma imagem SRTM. A bacia apresenta um quadro ambiental diversificado que influenciou em diversos níveis de vulnerabilidade ambiental. Constatou-se que 87,15% da área possui uma vulnerabilidade ambiental bem expressiva, onde 57,61% compreendem a vulnerabilidade média e 29,54% representa um índice de vulnerabilidade alta, sendo que essas áreas sofrem diretamente a ação antrópica, possuem maiores declividades e seus solos são mais rasos e mais susceptíveis aos processos erosivos.
Objetivou-se com esta pesquisa a verificação dos conflitos de uso da terra em Áreas de Preservação Permanente (APPs) de lagos, nascentes e rios que contribuem para o barramento do Rio Paranã e que estão localizados em parte da alta bacia hidrográfica do Rio Paranã, no município de Formosa-GO. Para isso, utilizaram-se imagens de radar Shuttle Radar Topography Mission SRTM, imagens de satélite do sistema Landsat 5 TM de 1995 e Landsat 8 OLI de 2015, além do Índice de Vegetação por Diferença Normalizada (NDVI) para extração da massa verde. A produção dos dados e a confecção dos mapas comparativos foram realizadas no ArcGis 10.2. As APPs da área de estudo somam 281.519,49 ha, com apenas 7% delas mantidas com a cobertura vegetal natural. Observou-se então, que a bacia estudada se encontra em alto estado de degradação ambiental, no que tange à Lei 12.751/12.Palavras-chave: Cartografia ambiental, geoprocessamento, sensoriamento remoto, Índice de Vegetação por Diferença Normalizada (NDVI).
Neste trabalho analisamos os conceitos de ‘aprendizagens essenciais’, ‘competências’ e ‘direitos de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento’ presentes na Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC). Esta pesquisa documental foi fundamentada no método materialista histórico-dialético e utilizou como forma de tratamento de dados a análise do conteúdo. A BNCC foi construída a partir de uma grande intertextualidade que resguardou diversas características e fundamentos de outros textos já publicados por organismos multilaterais, revelando formas padronizadas de governar a educação. Nesse sentido, a utilização do conceito de ‘competência’, como princípio estruturante do documento, corresponde às novas demandas societárias de formação do trabalhador globalizado.
