Nghiên cứu mô tả về thực trạng sử dụng và nhu cầu nhân lực Cử nhân Dinh dưỡng (CNDD) tại Việt Nam năm 2020. Kết quả khảo sát 40 đơn vị có hoạt động dinh dưỡng cho thấy: thực trạng sử dụng cử nhân dinh dưỡng trung bình là 1,3 ± 2,0 trong tổng số cán bộ khoa dinh dưỡng là 8,9 ± 5,1 đối với các đơn vị thuộc bệnh viện; với đơn vị ngoài bệnh viện, số Cử nhân Dinh dưỡng trung bình là 1,8 ± 2,2 trong tổng số 5,3 ± 5,5 nhân viên. Cử nhân Điều dưỡng (CNĐD) là nhân lực nhiều nhất tại các khoa dinh dưỡng bệnh viện hiện nay với số trung bình là 2,0 ± 2,4, tiếp đến là bác sĩ đa khoa 1,9 ± 1,7. Nhu cầu tuyển dụng Cử nhân Dinh dưỡng trong bệnh viện cao gấp đôi so với các đơn vị ngoài bệnh viện. Nhu cầu năng lực cử nhân dinh dưỡng tập trung vào năng lực tư vấn dinh dưỡng, truyền thông giáo dục dinh dưỡng và xây dựng thực đơn với tỷ lệ: 91,9%, 89,2% và 89,2%. Nhu cầu năng lực và nhu cầu vị trí việc làm của Cử nhân Dinh dưỡng khác nhau tuỳ thuộc vào đơn vị tuyển dụng.
Thực tế cộng đồng là môn học giúp sinh viên (SV) tiếp cận cộng đồng, phát hiện các vấn đề sức khỏe, phát triển các kỹ năng mềm, từ đó hỗ trợ cho các công việc tương lai của SV. Nghiên cứu nhằm mục tiêu “Mô tả mong muốn và đề xuất của SV trường Đại học Y Hà Nội về học tập thực tế cộng đồng năm 2022”. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang kết hợp định lượng và định tính. Cỡ mẫu gồm 232 SV trả lời phiếu khảo sát và có 13 thảo luận nhóm được tiến hành. Kết quả: Nội dung tập huấn trước khi đi thực tế tại cộng đồng mong muốn nhiều nhất về “Cách lựa chọn vấn đề nghiên cứu” với 27,2%. SV mong muốn được học tại cơ sở thực địa là “Tìm hiểu về cộng đồng” 52,6%. Đề xuất về địa điểm thực tế có 48,3% SV muốn tự liên hệ thực tế cộng đồng, 31,0% muốn giữ nguyên như hiện tại và 20,7% mong muốn địa điểm thực địa gần Hà Nội. Phần lớn SV (69%) cho rằng thời gian học tập tại thực địa 1 tuần là phù hợp. Có 37,5% cho rằng phương tiện đi lại đã phù hợp và không có đề xuất gì thêm. Kết luận: Nghiên cứu cho thấy SV đánh giá đã đáp ứng được nhu cầu và mong muốn khi được áp dụng và thực hành các kiến thức đã học từ trên trường vào thực tế.
Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: “Đánh giá tình trạng dinh dưỡng của người bệnh ung thư buồng trứng tại Bệnh viện K năm 2018-2019”. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 129 người bệnh ung thư buồng trứng từ 18 tuổi trở lên và đã điều trị tại Bệnh viện K. Kết quả: Trong nghiên cứu của chúng tôi, theo chỉ số khối cơ thể BMI, tỷ lệ người bệnh có tình trạng thiếu năng lượng trường diễn là 15,5% và thừa cân béo phì là 24,8%. Phân loại tình trạng dinh dưỡng theo nồng độ albumin huyết thanh, có gần 1/5 tổng số người bệnh có tình trạng suy dinh dưỡng nhẹ và vừa (17,1%), không có người bệnh nào bị suy dinh dưỡng mức độ nặng theo albumin; số người bị SDD trước và sau phẫu thuật lần lượt chiếm tỉ lệ là 25% và 56,2%; tỉ lệ SDD ở người bệnh dưới 60 tuổi chiếm 12,6%, từ 60 tuổi trở lên chiếm tỉ lệ 26,2%; số người bị SDD ở giai đoạn bệnh I, II, III và IV chiếm tỉ lệ lần lượt là 5,9%; 16,7%, 29,4% và 13,3%. Kết luận: Số đối tượng người bệnh ung thư buồng trứng suy dinh dưỡng chiếm tỉ lệ thấp. Trong đó, tỉ lệ SDD ở nhóm trên 60 tuổi, giai đoạn muộn của bệnh và thời điểm sau phẫu thuật cao hơn hẳn so với các nhóm còn lại.
Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá vấn đề rối loạn ăn uống của bệnh nhân sa sút trí tuệ tại Bệnh viện Lão khoa Trung ương năm 2022. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang thực hiện trên bệnh nhân sa sút trí tuệ đang điều trị tại Bệnh viện Lão khoa Trung ương từ tháng 4 năm 2021 đến tháng 4 năm 2022. Vấn đề rối loạn ăn uống được đánh giá bằng bộ câu hỏi chuyên biệt được thiết kế cho bệnh nhân sa sút trí tuệ. Trong số 63 bệnh nhân sa sút trí tuệ, hơn 90% bệnh nhân có vấn đề về rối loạn ăn uống. Thay đổi khẩu vị chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (72,6%). Có sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê về rối loạn nuốt, thay đổi khẩu vị và thói quen ăn uống giữa ba nhóm tình trạng dinh dưỡng.
