Part 1: Information & Communication Technology-EurAsia Conference 2014, ICT-EurAsia 2014International audienceE-learning is an inevitable trend of education in the future. Although there are several researches about E-learning based on cloud computing, not many researches on the cloud computing adoption model, on the other hand, there are not many studies on the adoption of cloud-based E-learning in Vietnam and in the World. This study adapts the extended of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) [48] to research the acceptance and use of E-learning based on cloud computing in Vietnam. These elements, namely facilitating condition, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, price value and habit influence on the intention and use of cloud-based E-Learning, the results show that seven out of eleven hypotheses are supported. The results will help implementing E-learning based on cloud and learning strategies to be more successful
Social network is strongly expanding in all over the globe, it is being an indispensable part of the online world, so social network advertising is a potential market for the business propensity. Hence, researches on the adoption models of online advertising on social network are essential work. This study proposes a structural model of online advertising on social network adoption to overcome the limitations of previous study. In reality, there are many high school students who do not determine exactly the career and the university which they want to attend. As the result of an investigate of Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper, over 60 percents of students admit that they had not have good vocational guidance when they registered to the university [1]. Therefore, a conceptual model of factors influencing students' college choice was developed to indentify the key factors and to evaluate the level of influence of these factors on high school students' university choice decisions. The result of 227 valid questionares from grade 12 students, school year 2008-2009 at 5 high schools at Quang Ngai province indicated 5 main factors influencing to the students' college choice including factors on future occupation opportunity; factors on information available; factors on student characteristics; factors on fixed college characteristisc and factors significant persons. The result of multiple linear regression model confirmed the relationship between these five factors above and the high school students' university choice decisions with the theories are supported at the statistically significant level of 0.05. And from this result, proposing motions to help families, schools and education organizations have practical approaches in order to well orient create good conditions for high school students to have the best university choices.
E-learning is an inevitable trend in modern education. Despite much research on E-learning based on cloud computing, research on the adoption and use of cloud-based E-learning in Vietnam as well as in the world remains limited. This study adopts the extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) to research on the model of acceptance and use of E-learning based on cloud computing in Vietnam. Result shows that factors such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation and habit affect the intention and use of cloud-based E-learning. The model explains 75% of variance in intention and use of cloudbased E-learning.
The objective of this study is to identify factors influencing job choice decisions in state-owned enterprises (SOEs), basing on researches developed by Timothy A. Judge and colleagues [3, [4], [5], [10] , David G. Allen, Raj V. Mahto and Robert F. Otondo [7], Levon T. Esters and Blannie E. Bowen [8]. Results are based on data surveyed on 253 job-seeker participants who graduated from junior colleges, universities or postgraduate programs in HCM City and have the intention to pursue employment in a state-owned company. The results indicated 8 main factors influencing job choice decisions in the state-owned enterprises including training and promotional opportunities, organizational prestige and brand, person-organisation fit, pay levels, pay systems, policies and working environment, policies and information recruitment, parents and friends. All key factors had significant positive relationship with job choice decisions in state-owned enterprises at the statistically significant level of 5%. Research models accounted for 47,9% for the overall dependence of the eight above-mentioned factors on job choice decisions in state-owned enterprises.
