Background: Adolescence is a period of life with specific health and developmental needs. Nutrition in adolescents is necessary to be considered because it has to be in a balanced form. The data of Sleman District Health Office 2016 showed that 114 adolescents in Public Health Center of Mlati 1 had undernutrition. Also, it showed that the highest prevalence was at Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah Mlati, which was 42% male and 31% female students. This study aims to know the association of nutrition knowledge, protein-energy intake and adolescents’ nutritional status at Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah Mlati, Sleman Yogyakarta.Design and Methods: This was an observational analytical study with a cross-sectional design. The subjects were adolescents aged 15-18 years, selected using stratified random sampling with a total of 58 persons. Data collected were analyzed using the Spearman Rank Correlation for bivariate technique (where α = 0.05).Results: It was shown that 81.0% had a good nutrition knowledge, 91.4% had deficit energy intake, 82.8 % had deficit protein intake, and 58.6% had severe nutritional status. Bivariate analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between nutrition knowledge and nutritional status (p=0.394), but energy intake and nutritional status were related (p=0.010 <α = 0.05). Furthermore, protein intake and nutritional status had a significant relationship (p=0.039 <α = 0.05).Conclusions: To be concluded, there was a correlation between the protein and energy intake and nutritional status of adolescents.
latar belakang: world health organization (who) 2017 diperkirakan kasus 1.020.000 kasus tuberkulosis di indonesia. masalah pada penderita tb adalah ketidak patuhan penderita tb paru. tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dan kepatuhan minum obat terhadap kesembuhan penderita tuberkulosis (tb) di kabupaten bantul.metode penelitian: metode penelitian dengan rancangan cross-sectional. pengampilan sampel dilakukan dengan proposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 39 penderita. analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis chi square.hasil: ada hubungan dukungan informasional dan kepatuhan minum obat dengan nilai p = 0,008, ada hubungan antara dukungan penghargaan dan kepatuhan minum obat dengan p = 0,006, ada hubungan antara dukungan instrumental dan kepatuhan minum obat dengan p = 0,000, ada hubungan antara dukungan emosional dan kepatuhan minum obat dengan nilai p = 0,004 dan tidak ada hubungan antara kepatuhan minum obat dan kesembuhan pada penderita tb dengan nilai p = 0,254.kesimpulan: ada hubungan antara dukungan informasional, dukungan penghargaan, dukungan instrumental, dukungan emosional dan kepatuhan minum obat karena p-value sebesar ≤ 0,05 dan tidak ada hubungan antara kepatuhan minum obat dan kesembuhan pada penderita tb dengan nilai p-value ≥ 0,05.

Mount Prau ecotourism is one of the tourist objects in the Dieng highland area, Wonosobo. The increase in climbing tourists from year to year has a significant impact on the generation of waste at Mount Prau basecamp. Waste management includes waste minimization and handling practice. Climbers' knowledge for reducing and handling waste during climbing as well as attitudes in waste management is important in reducing waste generation. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of mountain climbers in waste management. The type of research is an observational analytic study with a cross-approach design. The research technique used survey methods, interviews, questionnaires, and observations. This study involved 159 respondents to fill out a questionnaire containing 30 questions about the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of waste management. Data analysis used the Spearman correlative test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the data analysis, it was found that there was a positive and significant relationship between knowledge and behavior (p = 0.014, Rs = 0.194), as well as the results on the attitude and behavior variabels (p = 0.013, Rs = 0.197).
