Agradeço, em primeiro lugar, ao povo brasileiro, que através da CAPES, financiou esse trabalho por dois anos e possibilitou que eu o escrevesse. Espero que essa pesquisa contribua, de alguma maneira, para que reflitamos sobre um projeto para o Brasil que crie uma sociedade justa e igualitária, de forma que esse recurso se justifique.Também ao meu orientador, Plínio Soares de Arruda Sampaio Júnior, professor e mestre.
