Esta narrativa é resultado de uma experiência de campo no museu Muquifu no ano de 2019. Foi possível, por meio das fronteiras de identificação e (des)continuidades históricas e territoriais, sinalizar alguns modos de produção de subjetividades racializadas. Procuro descrever experiências pessoais e de identidade coletiva por meio da análise de práticas discursivas sobre pessoas racializadas e também acerca das práticas racistas. A metodologia se encontra alinhada aos estudos decoloniais e à teoria discursiva. O Muquifu é lido em/por suas expressões de arte e resistência, particularmente nas expressões de um grupo de 14 mulheres do Morro do Papagaio, Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Percebo a subversão criativa frente à remoção territorial como força (re)produtora de linhas fronteiriças que colocam a população local em (des)continuidades de cunho social, abrangendo o frequente deslocamento de seus territórios e a descentralização das expressões de sua cultura, provocando a consequente invisibilização de seus corpos.
