Socio-ecological-economic relations and the institutional environment are shaped and changed in complex interaction. The main aim of this research is an institutional format development of the interaction of economic, social and environmental components of the global economic system, which could regulate the impact of institutional mechanisms and instruments of implementing the principles of ecological growth on the global economic system, for ensuring sustainable ecological development of the world economy. The methodological basis of the article is the general scientific methods of scientific research: induction and deduction, comparative analysis and synthesis, generalization and realization of results, as well as historical and methods of logical analysis and abstract modeling. The article summarizes the main findings obtained from the study of the institutional aspect of ensuring sustainable ecological development of the global economic system. The search for strategic priorities for the development of global economic systems has necessitated considering the need for complex institutional changes, which should contribute to ensuring socio-economic growth in the context of limited natural resources and the need to solve global environmental problems. In present research the authors have systematized and analyzed institutional instruments required for regulating ecological and economic relations and institutional leverage for increasing the appeal of environmental protection measures. The authors have proposed an institutional format for the interaction of economic, social and environmental components of the global economic system, which is the basis for policy development towards creating and developing a system of environmentally sensitive administration and management in the framework of green global economic development.
The relevance of the researched topic lies in the growth of competition between business entities in both domestic and foreign markets. The processes of globalization and integration predetermine the constant search by enterprises for ways to gain competitive advantages in order to increase the loyalty of existing customers and obtain new ones, to seek access to new markets, and ultimately, increase profits. In such circumstances, the study of key success factors becomes an extremely important task for both business representatives and scientists. The purpose of the article is to review existing views on the process of defining and forming key success factors, as well as the issue of separating the essence of the concepts of “key success factors” and “key performance indicators”. To write the article, Ukrainian and foreign scientific publications in the field of marketing, management, international business and entrepreneurship have been analyzed. The article is devoted to the problem of increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises through the development of key success factors. The article groups the main approaches to defining the concept of “key success factors”. The author’s interpretation of the concept of “key success factors” has been provided. Characteristics, that competitive advantages have to meet in order to be considered strategic success factors, have been identified. The main areas of key success factors have been formed and considered. It has been concluded that the competitive advantage of any product or service is constantly changing and unique, and therefore requires constant analysis of the market and economic situation, taking into account many factors that affect them. Recommendations have been provided on the effective use of key success factors by management of Ukrainian enterprises in order to increase the enterprise’s financial performance, improve its image, stabilize its economic condition, etc. The article presents scientific and practical significance for business representatives who seek to identify, investigate and improve the key success factors of their own enterprises and gain additional competitive advantages
The study is devoted to the study of the possibilities of using smart cards in order to form a creative environment for decision-making in business. It has been proven that creative thinking is one of the most important skills that help to make innovative, non-standard decisions. This leads to the need not only to establish the requirement for creative thinking when hiring an employee, but also the formation of an environment that will realize the creative potential and constantly develop it. One of the techniques of forming a creative environment is the use of intelligence cards. The stages of construction of intelligence maps are established. Formalization of information in the form of intelligence maps with the help of special software will replenish the base of information and analytical support of the decisionmaking process. The analysis of the market of software applications that allow automating the process of creating smart cards. The directions of use of intelligence cards are systematized, he order is established application in accordance with the intended purpose, methods, which should be combined and Soft skills, are supported. It is concluded that intelligence cards, in addition to supporting creative thinking, allow you to practice the skills of creative thinking, teamwork, critical thinking, communication.
