O estudo tem como objetivo analisar os principais tipos de alimentos com potencial risco alergênico e descrever a prevalência da alergia causada por cada alimento estudado. Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa, utilizando os descritores alergia alimentar, estudos de prevalência e alérgenos, nos idiomas inglês, português e espanhol. Os critérios de inclusão foram artigos na íntegra que retratassem a temática da prevalência da alergia alimentar, publicados no período de 2011 a 2017. O estudo foi finalizado com 16 artigos. Leite de vaca e o ovo branco foram os alérgenos mais prevalentes nos últimos cinco anos. Vários foram os métodos utilizados para a identificação da alergia alimentar, que vem aumentando significativamente, nos últimos cinco anos. Dos métodos, os mais utilizados foram os questionários clínicos, teste cutâneo e determinação de IgE específica.
As vasculites representam um grande grupo de doenças, classificadas entre primária e secundária. Diagnóstico de vasculite primária é um desafio na prática médica, uma vez que há manifestações clínicas amplas e heterogêneas, com critérios diagnósticos ainda escassos. Algumas manifestações clínicas são comuns: quadro constitucional, mialgia, artralgia, artrite, púpuras, pápulas, nódulos e úlceras. Uma das formas clínicas é a limitada em que os paciente com acometimento do trato respiratório superior frequentemente evoluem com doença sistêmica. Maioria dos pacientes apresentam envolvimento nasal, dos seios da face ou das orelhas que podem estar presentes semanas ou meses antes dos demais sintomas. As vasculites secundárias podem estar relacionadas a infecções, drogas, substâncias tóxicas e neoplasias. As formas virchowiana e dimorfa da hanseníase apresentam características clínicas e sorológicas semelhantes com as doenças reumatológicas. Por ser uma doença endêmica no Brasil, há a descrição de uma variedade ampla de apresentações clínicas, deste modo realizar diagnóstico diferencial é imprescindível.
