Outstanding performance is a performance that follows systems according to planned criteria. However, in performance, it must have to have several standards so that efficiency increases so that the company usually runs according to what it wants. To improve employee performance, many factors have an immediate impact on it besides mastering technology and adapting to the global system. The goal of this research is to analyze the impact of competency variables and employee commitment to their performance at work. This study uses a cluster random sampling method with a total sample of 110 respondents. Retrieval of primary data through surveys with questionnaire instruments. In this study compensation indicators are direct and indirect, competency indicators namely: intellectual, emotional and social, indicators of organizational commitment namely affective commitment, commitment continuity, and normative commitment, and performance indicators namely: quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence. The results of this study are the positive and significant influence of competency variables and commitment to employee performance at work. There is a tendency that the two factors are the main factors in improving individual performance better. Significantly there will be an increase in performance if the competencies of employees further enhanced according to today's world technology. Another factor that should be considered is the knowledge factor that will make competence and commitment higher for the organization.
The purpose of this study to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of the Principles of Good Corporate Governance (Transparency, Independence, Accountability, Responsibility and Fairness) against the Budget Management in Government Agencies. The research approach used in quantitative research, was descriptive and associative. The independent variables in this study is Transparency (X1), Independence (X2), Accountability (X3), Accountability (X4) and Fairness (X5). The dependent variable in this study is the Budget Management (Y). The population in this study were employees (DPKPA) Pandeglang Banten Province totaling 65 people. The sampling technique of this research by using sampling techniques saturated. Based on the analysis with the help of SPSS version 21 for windows indicate that: Transparency affects 11.6% of the Budget Management in Government Agencies. Independence affects 22.2% of Budget Management in Government Agencies. Accountability effect of 34.4% of the Budget Management in Government Agencies. Accountability effect of 22.2% of the Budget Management in Government Agencies. The Fairness affects 14.4% of the Budget Management in Government Agencies. Principles of Good Corporate Governance jointly affect 94.6% of the Budget Management in Government Agencie.
This research aims at doing analysis and evaluation forward the governments Policy Concerning “ Online Transportation”. The Policy Nomenclature is in the regulation of transportation ministry No. 26 in 2017 on the implementation of public transportation which is not operating on a certain route online transportation operation has become phenomenal because of causing a social conflict. This has been going on for 2 years and it has not been settled up to now. Public transportation in the field of public administration is called public goods. The Availability and Implementation become the government's obligation. This research aims to do an evaluation on the government policy which has caused a social conflict. The Method of research used is a qualitative-descriptive research. The population in this research is transportation operators such as online taxi drivers, conventional taxi driver, vehicle owners and online taxi users. The sample taking technic done is based on random sampling, to completed the analysis forward the online transportation policy was done an in-depth interview and as “ key informants”, namely” Policymakers” -Online transportation operators. The research of the research thas found that the formulation process of the policy has not been done comprehensively and integrally. There are different perception and definition of the government’s intention and public transportation and definition between the government’s intention and public policy found that the support of an organization, human implementation of the budget suggests that the government improve the formulation and implementation through the strengthening of the support of the reliable and organization and management so that social conflicts won’t take place.

Deaf mute requires health care and information on health education.This research focused on an application that facilitates Disabilities Deaf Mute Patient to communicate with other by using a mobile phone. This application based on mobile user by typing letters and it will automatically change into the form of voice (text to speech) that have been arranged into a word so can understood by the other person who use the application. This research helps nurses to communicate by using talking tools application. Development of systems using mobile technology by using Java programming language and talking tool. Results of this study was an application of learning system that helps teachers to communicate with their mute children. The application of mute children will be greatly helped in communicating with the interlocutor.
