Este artigo apresenta e discute o caráter constitutivo da linguagem a partir da perspectiva dos estudos neurolinguísticos, estendendo sua relação como trabalho que permeia experiências, interação e práticas dialógicas. A abordagem teórico-metodológica da Neurolinguística Discursiva explora essa perspectiva e envolve uma visão abrangente da linguagem no sentido de contemplar o sujeito, suas relações, o contexto histórico, social e as implicações desse processo, para que se possa operar com a linguagem, atuar com o outro, considerando o seu trabalho coletivo e os efeitos do processo de interlocução, que interferem na (re)construção de processos linguísticos. Assim, essas reflexões podem ser verificadas nos dados transcritos e descritos e nas análises propostas neste texto.

A princípio, o interesse em estudar as patologias da linguagem sempre esteve ligado a uma disfunção anatomo-fsiológica do cérebro. Entretanto, com a mudança do paradigma do século XIX, o cérebro começa a ser estudado de maneira científica e o interesse passou a ser estudar e desvendar as relações entre cérebro e linguagem. A descrição das alterações de linguagem decorrente do sujeito cérebro-lesado deu origem a afasiologia. Na contra mão dessa tendência, a Neurolinguística, campo moderno nos estudos afasiológicos, deu-se no desdobramento dos estudos de processos linguísticos e cognitivos do cérebro normal ou patológico, que concebe a linguagem um lugar de interação e interlocução de sujeitos. Tradicionalmente, a linguagem escrita não é abordada de maneira significativa nos estudos das afasias, isso justifica a nossa escolha de empreender uma discussão sobre o processo de (re)contrução da linguagem escrita e as estratégias usada por RR para driblar suas dificuldades, e pra isso, partimos de três pontos fundamentais: 1) a consideração da importância dos processos de letramento do sujeito, 2) a consideração das condições da interação que ocorrem e 3) como as atividades desenvolvidas no Ecoa 1 interferem no processo na (re)construção da linguagem. Nesta dissertação, apresentamos algumas conceituações implicadas na compreensão do estatuto da linguagem escrita nos estudos relacionados à Neurolinguística, como os estudos desenvolvidos por Luria e por Vygotsky. Escolhemos algumas categorias de análises para os dados que procuraram abarcar a hipótese de que as condições de letramento e de inserção nas práticas de leitura e escrita colaboram para o reingresso do sujeito RR no mundo da escrita. Sob a ótica desses conceitos, o objetivo deste trabalho é analisar o efeito das práticas sociais com a linguagem na (re)construção da escrita do sujeito RR. A elucidação da pesquisa foi realizada através dos dados qualitativos das produções escritas de RR, retiradas das reuniões em grupo e individual, e que colocava o sujeito em diversas situações dialógicas e de práticas de leitura e escrita. O grupo de acompanhamento coletivo é realizado no ECOA (Espaço de convivência entre afásicos e não afásicos). O acompanhamento longitudinal e as análises recorrem aos estudos da Linguística aliados aos estudos da Neurolinguística. Identificamos como o acompanhamento foi decisivo para a evolução e para a reinserção de RR nas práticas com a linguagem.
