Media sosial saat ini memegang peran yang cukup penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya, baik kategori remaja, dewasa bahkan orang tua. Salah satu media sosial yang ada di masyarakat adalah YouTube, yang menyajikan tayangan dalam bentuk Video. Tayangan yang menyajikan audio visual ini menyajikan berbagai informasi, hiburan, edukasi bahkan juga promosi produk. Kalau dicermati dalam konten YouTube menyajikan tombol “Subscriber” yang dirancang agar orang berlangganan video di YouTube tersebut. Dengan kata lain semakin banyak pelanggan video maka akan semakin besar pula kemungkinan terjadinya penayangan video tersebut. Dan ini secara otomatis semakin banyak penayangan video maka akan semakin populer video tersebut dan juga akan semakin banyak orang yang melihat promosi dari produk yang ditawarkan. Dengan kualitas tayangan produk yang begitu menarik baik dari segi gambar, suara dan desain membuat kebanyakan orang tertarik untuk membeli produk tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode penelitian survei, dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada beberapa narasumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa Strategi Pemasaran Produk dan Kualitas Tayangan Iklan secara besama-sama memberikan kontribusi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk.Kata Kunci: Subscriber, YouTube, Starategi Pemasaran

To prove this, the researchers carried out further research activities using quantitative research methods. Data collection is done by first distributing questionnaires to the informants. After the questionnaire data was collected, the data was then processed using SPSS software. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between Shopping Life Style and Advertising Media Stimulus on Customer Expectations (Case Study of Fashion Products). Abstrak - Belanja online semakin diminati oleh berbagai kalangan karena berbagai kemudahan yang diberikan baik dalam bertransaksi maupun keamanan. Masing-masing pedagang e-commerce saling memberikan bonus ataupun diskon untuk menarik minat pelanggan. Untuk membangun kerjasama tim serta sharing berbagai pengalaman terkait dengan penjualan tidak jarang banyak pedagang online yang membentuk suatu komunitas. Bahkan keuntungan lain yang didapatkan oleh pedagang online adalah dapat melakukan strategi pemasaran secara personalisasi. Strategi personalisasi ini dinilai cukup efektif dalam mencari konsumen berdasarkan pesan yang dikirimkan oleh pedagang kepada konsumen. Namun pada dasarnya semua hal yang dilakukan tersebut dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil penjulanan. Jumlah hasil penjualan dapat dilihat dari kinerja pemasaran yang dilakukan. Melalui kinerja tersebut dapat diketahui sampai sejauh mana kinerja pedagang dalam memasarkan barang. Dalam hal ini pedangan merupakan seorang yang berperan akif dalam penjualan. Dengan sistem personalisasi pemasaran pedagang dapat memperkirakan barang yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh konsumen diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran komunitas pedangang online dan personaliaasi pemasaran secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Each e-commerce merchant gives each other bonuses or discounts to attract customers. To form teamwork and share various experiences related to sales, it is not uncommon for many online merchants to form a community. In fact, another advantage gained by online merchants is being able to personalize marketing strategies. This personalized style is considered quite effective in finding consumers based on messages sent by merchants to consumers. But basically all of the things done are done to improve the results of selling. The amount of sales can be seen from the marketing performance carried out. Through this performance can be known to what extent the performance of traders in marketing goods. In this case the sword is a person who plays an active role in sales. With a marketing personalization system the merchant can estimate the goods needed by consumers. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires. Questionnaire data that has been filled out by consumers will be processed using SPSS software. This study aims to describe the elaboration of success factors in community-based waste management in Waste Bank and composting technology in Flamboyan Indah RW 05 Kelurahan Rawa Badak Selatan, Koja in 2020. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods using primary data to become research objects in RW 05, Desa Rawa Badak Selatan and secondary data from sources and literature. We conduct field studies, including observations and interviews. Koja area is an area with a high population increase accompanied by an increase in organic and inorganic waste. This condition requires community involvement to help manage and reduce waste by processing waste directly from the source. The action taken is to divide the two forms of garbage, inorganic waste is processed by the Community-Based Waste Management System (CBSWM) or waste bank and organic waste with composting technology. Composting technology uses a fermentation process in it. The results of this study concluded that the successful implementation of the CBSWM system and composting technology invited active community involvement by providing economic benefits. But on the other hand this system has weaknesses such as limited land and economies of scale that have not made it possible for technology investments that require large funds.
