Software architecture of Distributed Measuring Systems (DMS) based on "web services" is proposed. It allows implementation of a system independent of the operational platform, containing free of charge components. Designing DMS using "web services" one can create an integrated measuring system in which each service is written in a different language, making it possible to develop the system in any language.
A method of integration of platform-depended instruments drivers with platform-independed measurement environment is presented. The method enables one to remote design distributed measurement instruments and systems via the Internet with full platform independence on both client-and server-side. Server-side platform independence was achieved by introducing wrappers for instruments drivers.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
