Резюме. В статье представлена полная характеристика таких паразитарных заболеваний, как криптоспоридиоз и амебиаз. Согласно рейтингу риска заражения пищевыми паразитами, который опубликовали Всемирная организация здравоохранения и Продовольственная сельскохозяйственная организация ООН в 2014 году, эти паразитозы занимают 5-е и 6-е место. Дается исторический очерк данных заболеваний, а также особенности патогенеза, клиники, диагностики и лечения криптоспоридиоза и амебиаза.
Лямблиоз относится к наиболее распространенным паразитарным заболеваниям как у детей, так и у взрослых и выявляется во всех странах мира. Несмотря на широкий спектр этиотропных препаратов, сохраняется необходимость совершенствования терапии. Целью терапии является не только эрадикация возбудителя, но и ликвидация последствий его нахождения в организме. При выборе этиотропного препарата для лечения лямблиоза учитывалась не только противопаразитарная эффективность препарата Макмирор (нифурател), но и безопасность, а также хорошая переносимость. Спектр антибактериальной активности нифуратела:— простейшие: Lamblia intestinalis, Trichomonas vaginalis, Entamoeba histolytica;— патогенные грибы: Candida albicans, Microsporum spp., Trichophyton spp.;— бактерии:– грамотрицательные: E.coli, Shigella spp., Salmonella spp., Proteus spp., Klebsiella spp., Vibrio cholerae;– грамположительные: Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Helicobacter pylori.Немаловажное значение имеет способность препарата Макмирор практически полностью элиминироваться почками, не затрагивая при этом дезинтоксикационные резервы печени. При обследовании состояния эубиоза детей, получавших Макмирор, мы выявили положительное влияние препарата на микробный пейзаж кишечника. На основании собственных результатов исследования и обзора литературных данных было установлено, что Макмирор является одним из самых эффективных и безопасных препаратов в терапии лямблиоза.
