It is important to investigate the personal factors that affect the biological age and the rate of aging of specialists. It was assumed that life values can both raise and lower their biopsychological age. The sample consisted of 61 law enforcement officers aged 22 to 44 years (average age 32.5 years), of which 40 were male and 21 were female. The average professional experience is 10.5 years. In the survey, 3 methods were used, and correlation and multiple linear regression analysis were used for data processing. The results of the study show that a number of values are factors of the biological and psychological age of law enforcement officers, their rate of aging and psychobiological maturity. The obtained data should be taken into account in the process of their psychological preparation for professional activity and prevention of stress disorders.
