The article is devoted to a current problem of formation of readiness of future teachers for professional activit y. The definition of "professional readiness of future teachers" is given. The authors analytically compare the position with the opinions of other scientists. According to the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the authors identify active, cognitive and motivational components of the future teacher's readiness for professional work. The authors trace formation of pedagogical subjectivity of students. The characteristics of educa tional motivation of students of pedagogical higher education institution are compared. Students come to higher education institution with external motivation. The role of innovative teaching methods, stimulating the development of their internal motivation, is emph asized. Justification of the fact that classroom and out-of-class independent work helps to create professional readiness for pedagogical activity is provided. By the time of entering into active practice, students have a lot of methodical materials and ideas, skills of creating educational games, elements of a fund of evaluation tools, useful experience of communication with the audience and desire to test themselves as a teacher in a real educational process in one of the educational organizations. Authors trace formation of students-future professionals in the conditions of real educational process in one of the educational organizations. The research is not only of theoretical, but also of empirical character, a large selection of students demonstrates the reliability of the results.
The article is related to the organization of educational process with the application of electronic training and distant learning technologies. The issues of establishing and functioning of the unifi ed electronic information and education environment including various instruments and training resources in the educational institution are considered. The means of information and communication technologies, in particular, educational integration platforms which can be used for the development, management and distribution of online materials as a part of the distant training courses are analyzed. The main criteria, essential when choosing the tools for the organization of electronic training are revealed. The analysis of the information development and the functionality of the educational integration platforms from the learning content management systems (LCMS) and the learning management systems (LMS) to up to date personal learning environment (PLE) and virtual learning environment (VLE) is carried out. The issues of the incorporation of the PLE and VLE tools into the LMS are considered, the ways of their integration are set forward.
A problem of future subject teachers training in conditions of Federal State Educational Standards introduction for various steps of an education system in Russia has been considered in this paper. For teacher�s ICT competence development a training program has been offered and a course �ICT Technical Means in Subject Teacher�s Professional Activity� has been developed. The course consists of two modules: �ICT Technical Means and Their Pedagogical Opportunities� and �Network Technologies and Their Application in Educational Process�. An electronic educational and methodical complex which structure is presented in this paper, being educational and methodical maintenance of this course, has been developed for training process efficiency increase. Preparation results indicators, control�s forms and methods, allowing to define a level of trainees� knowledge and abilities have been offered for the purpose of control and assessment related to training course materials� assimilation extent on two substantial modules. It has been shown that the developed course�s educational and methodical providing allows to optimize the future subject teachers� training process in higher education institution and also in system of professional development and professional retraining of pedagogical workers for the purpose of their professional competence formation in the area of ICT technical means use in educational process.
