Proses pelayanan di setiap puskesmas membutuhkan waktu yang lama apabila dikerjakan secara manual, sehingga perlu manajemen yang berbasis web, salah satunya dengan menggunakan aplikasi e-puskesmas. E-Puskesmas merupakan wujud dari penerapan sistem informasi manajemen puskesmas yang mampu memberikan kontribusi besar dalam pelayanan prima kepada pasien. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan layanan sistem informasi e-puskesmas dengan menggunakan metode PIECES (performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, service). Jenis penelitian adalah survei deskriptif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 29 orang tenaga kesehatan yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpul menggunakan kuesioner, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aspek dengan kategori baik yaitu performance (51.7%), information (55.2%), dan service (55.2%), sedangkan aspek dengan kategori kurang baik yaitu economics (51.7%), control (72.4%), dan efficiency (55.2%). Disarankan bagi pihak Puskesmas Kota Barat disarankan untuk menerapkan layanan e-puskesmas sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan No. 128/Menkes/SK/II/2014.
Aktivitas transportasi yang tinggi berimplikasi kepada penurunan kualitas udara akibat keberadaan polutan di udara. Salah satu polutan di udara yang sangat berbahaya terhadap kesehatan manusia yaitu partikel debu berdiameter 2.5 µm (PM2.5). Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis tingkat risiko kesehatan akibat paparan partikel debu (PM2.5) dari aktivitas transportasi pada pedagang kaki lima di ruas jalan Kota Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis risiko kesehatan lingkungan (ARKL). Sampel sebanyak 81 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi rata-rata PM2.5 di empat lokasi yaitu area depan kampus UNG 0.01116 mg/m3, area Toko Madina Baru 0.02664 mg/m3, simpang lima Jalan Agus Salim 0.03682 mg/m3, dan Pasar Sentral 0.0144 mg/m3. Nilai intake realtime non karsinogenik berturut turut sebesar 1.43e-4 mg/kg/hari, 9.49e-4 mg/kg/hari, 6.44e-4 mg/kg/hari, dan 8.62e-4 mg/kg/hari. Tingkat risiko pedagang kaki lima akibat paparan PM2.5 yaitu tidak berisiko (RQ ≤ 1). Disarankan pedagang kaki lima agar tetap memakai masker untuk meminimalisasi potensi bahaya akibat paparan PM2.5.
Kasus COVID-19 di Provinsi Gorontalo khususnya di Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara masih terus mengalami peningkatan dan belum mencapai puncak pandemi, sehingga upaya yang paling efektif dilakukan saat ini adalah menerapkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di Desa Tudi Kecamatan Monano Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara, dengan tujuan untuk: (1) menciptakan kepedulian masyarakat dalam mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19 dengan cara sosialisasi penerapan PHBS, dan (2) mengembangkan potensi desa melalui pelatihan penerapan PHBS, meliputi pembuatan masker kain dan hand sanitizer alami. Target yang hendak dicapai adalah meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam ber-PHBS, dimana masyarakat sudah tahu, mau, dan mampu membuat masker kain dan hand sanitizer alami secara mandiri. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi persiapan dan pembekalan, serta pelaksanaannya di lapangan. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang upaya PHBS, dan (2) masyarakat telah memiliki keterampilan dan kemandirian dalam membuat masker kain dan hand sanitizer alami, sehingga menjadi upaya dalam menekan/mengendalikan kasus kesakitan dan kematian akibat COVID-19.
Premiums non-compliance leads to the Healthcare Social Insurance Administration Office (henceforth, will be referred to as BPJS Kesehatan) budget deficit, resulting in an accumulation of debt claims in various health facilities and an impact on the quality and quantity of health services in health facilities. As of March 2019, 38% of independent National Health Insurance (JKN) participants in Gorontalo City were not compliant to pay dues. This study objective to assess the relationship between willingness to pay with compliance behavior to pay premiums for BPJS Kesehatan independent participants. This study uses a cross-sectional study design. The population was 8,594 people who were independent BPJS Kesehatan participants with a sample of 95 people using accidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through interviews using a questionnaire, data analysis using Chi-Square test. The results showed that the distribution of the level of compliance paying BPJS premiums independently was still 64.2%. Distribution of the willingness to pay by 85%. There is a significant relationship between Willingness To Pay (WTP) with compliance paying dues with p = 0.031. There is a relationship between WTP with compliance to pay the premiums of BPJS Kesehatan independent participants in the inpatient installation at RSUD Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe in Gorontalo City.
Tilango Public Health Center is an inpatient health center that is located far from trans road access, so it can be a factor in the lack of patient visits. In addition, the number of employees in the inpatient unit of the Tilango Health Center is more midwives than nurses, and even doctors are only on-call (not permanent), so many people are still dissatisfied with the services of the Tilango Health Center. The purpose of the study was to determine the satisfaction of patients and employees at the Tilango Public Health Center, Gorontalo Regency. This research is included in descriptive observational research. The population is all patients and employees of the Tilango Public Health Center, totaling 43 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling so that the number of samples is the same as the total population. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument. The data were analyzed descriptively and then narrated. The results showed that the performance of the inpatient unit at Tilango Health Center was viewed from the customer's perspective, with indicators of patient satisfaction categorized as satisfied (93.34%), while the performance of the inpatient unit at Tilango Health Center viewed from a learning perspective with employee satisfaction indicators categorized as less satisfied (26.0%). The novelty in this study is the measurement of the level of patient and employee satisfaction measured using qualitative research methods.
