Machine translation is an ongoing field of research from the last decades. The main aim of machine translation is to remove the language barrier. Earlier research in this field started with the direct word-to-word replacement of source language by the target language. Later on, with the advancement in computer and communication technology, there was a paradigm shift to data-driven models like statistical and neural machine translation approaches. In this paper, we have used a neural network-based deep learning technique for English to Urdu languages. Parallel corpus sizes of around 30923 sentences are used. The corpus contains sentences from English-Urdu parallel corpus, news, and sentences which are frequently used in day-to-day life. The corpus contains 542810 English tokens and 540924 Urdu tokens, and the proposed system is trained and tested using 70 : 30 criteria. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed system, several automatic evaluation metrics are used, and the model output is also compared with the output from Google Translator. The proposed model has an average BLEU score of 45.83.

Heart disease is a severe disorder, which inflicts an adverse burden on all societies and leads to prolonged suffering and disability. We developed a risk evaluation model based on visible low-cost significant noninvasive attributes using hyperparameter optimization of machine learning techniques. The multiple set of risk attributes is selected and ranked by the recursive feature elimination technique. The assigned rank and value to each attribute are validated and approved by the choice of medical domain experts. The enhancements of applying specific optimized techniques like decision tree, k-nearest neighbor, random forest, and support vector machine to the risk attributes are tested. Experimental results show that the optimized random forest risk model outperforms other models with the highest sensitivity, specificity, precision, accuracy, AUROC score, and minimum misclassification rate. We simulate the results with the prevailing research; they show that it can do better than the existing risk assessment models with exceptional predictive accuracy. The model is applicable in rural areas where people lack an adequate supply of primary healthcare services and encounter barriers to benefit from integrated elementary healthcare advances for initial prediction. Although this research develops a low-cost risk evaluation model, additional research is needed to understand newly identified discoveries about the disease.

Machine translation is an application of natural language processing. Humans use native languages to communicate with one another, whereas programming languages communicate between humans and computers. NLP is the field that involves a broad set of techniques for analysis, manipulation and automatic generation of human languages or natural languages with the help of computers. It is essential to provide access to information to people for their development in the present information age. It is necessary to put equal emphasis on removing the barrier of language between different divisions of society. The area of NLP strives to fill this gap of the language barrier by applying machine translation. One natural language is transformed into another natural language with the aid of computers. The first few years of this area were dedicated to the development of rule-based systems. Still, later on, due to the increase in computational power, there was a transition towards statistical machine translation. The motive of machine translation is that the meaning of the translated text should be preserved during translation. This research paper aims to analyse the machine translation approaches used for resource-poor languages and determine the needs and challenges the researchers face. This paper also reviews the machine translation systems that are available for poor research languages.
