Tourism development in Lampung province has been developing rapidly and the need for English communication skills at the tourism workplace is highly required due to a lot of visitors are foreigners. The state Polytechnic of Lampung has opened a new program study of tour and travel to support the government in the tourism sector and train students to have better English skills therefore need to develop good materials for teaching which meet with tourism industry. Developing good English materials for tourism based on an Android smartphone is needed since students lack academic hours for learning English. The objective of this research is to develop an electronic module (e-module) of English for tourism based on analysis learners and context that become important step in Dick and Carey Model. The development of e-module of English for tourism applied collaboration of research and development (R&D) that focus on the third of ten steps of Dick and Carey Model. The result of this research is a prototype of e-module of English for tourism that has been validated and published on google play store.
Faktor globalisasi menjadi salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi internal Indonesia. Sekarang banyak budaya atau kebiasaan dan kepercayaan dari luar yang masuk ke Indonesia tanpa melalui penyaringan padahal seharusnya masyarakat dapat memilih mana yang baik dan mana yang buruk. Pendidikan yang berkualitas dapat menjadi benteng bagi anak-anak dari hal-hal negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru dalam praktik penerapan budaya pada Lembaga PAUD di Indonesia. Metode penelitian dengan literature review dan menggunakan PRISMA Checklis dilakukan pada bulan Maret – Mei 2021 dan jurnal 20 tahun terakhir, sumber data sekunder artikel jurnal bereputasi baik nasional maupun internasional pada lima database dengan kriteria kualitas tinggi dan sedang, yaitu Scopus, Tandfonline, Research Gate, SagePub dan Schoolar dengan tema kompetensi guru dan tenaga pendidik terlibat menjadi pembelajar dari berbagai komunitas budaya di mana siswa mereka berasal, berkembang sebagai pendidik yang kompeten secara budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru anak usia dini harus berkomitmen untuk mengembangkan pendidikan usia dini yang dapat terlibat dalam pedagogi yang adil dalam praktik pengajaran multikultural. Kualitas suatu pendidikan ditentukan dari berhasil tidaknya guru dalam menyampaikan materi.

The purpose of this research is to know the relation between concept and self-regulation with social skill of third grade student of SDS in Pati Regency, West Java Province This research use descriptive method with correlation approach, with sample number 95 students of class III in Regency Starch The results showed that: 1) There is a significant relationship between self-concept with social skills. This means that the higher the self-concept of the child, the higher the social skills of the child, 2) There is a significant relationship between the child's self-regulation with the social skills of the child. This means better self-regulation of children, the better the social skills, 3) There is a significant relationship together between self-concept and self-regulation with social skills. This means the better the self-concept and selfregulation, the better the child's social skills. Conversely, the lower the self-concept and self-regulation of children, the lower the social skills of children.
Multiple glioma represent approximately 2 to 5% of all high grade gliomas which are categorized as multifocal or multicentric which depends on its timing, location and pattern of spread. Most of the clinical manifestation of patient with High Grade Glioma are headache and seizures, however, some may present with cognitive symptoms like memory loss, personality changes, focal weakness or numbness related to the site of the mass. There are several ways on treating high grade glioma these include surgery, radiation and/or chemotherapy. This report is a case of 54-year-old male, without no known comorbidities who presented two months history of right hemi cranial headache, accompanied with left sided weakness. Cranial MRI revealed uni-hemispheric, non-contiguous high-grade gliomas. This case underwent surgical excision and concurrent chemo-radiotherapy.
