AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya untuk mengedukasi keuangan syariah guru-guru Taman Pendidikan Alquran (TPQ) di Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang melalui kegiatan literasi keuangan syariah. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi dengan kenyataan bahwa kegiatan edukasi yang dilakukan selama ini untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah masih belum tersosialisasi dengan baik. Dan belum bisa menyentuh kalangan guru-guru TPQ. Penyelenggaraan TPQ (taman pendidikan al quran) menjadi sangat penting dan mendasar untuk memberikan bekal bagi siswa-siswa TPQ untuk lebih dini mengenal keuangan syariah. Melalui TPQ, guru-guru TPQ dapat mengenalkan dan memberikan pemahaman dengan sangat kondusif. Materi yang disampaikan adalah pengenalan lembaga keuangan syariah. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan penyuluhan. Kegiatan pengabdian telah dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap; koordinasi persiapan pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi, dan kegiatan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian diikuti 37 peserta guru TPQ. Pondok Pesantren (PP) Al Asror sebagai tuan rumah memberikan dukungan penuh pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah peserta. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan semakin pahamnya peserta mengenai perbedaan bank syariah dan bank konvensional, konsep dasar keuangan syariah dan akad-akad yang digunakan untuk pengembangan produk lembaga keuangan syariah.Kata Kunci: lembaga keuangan syariah, perbankan syariah, literasi keuangan syariah, guru TPQAbstractCommunity service activities are conducted as an effort to educate the shariah finance of TPQ teachers in Gunungpati Sub-district, Semarang City through syariah financial literacy activities. This is motivated by the fact that educational activities conducted so far to increase the literacy of Islamic finance is still not well socialized. And can not touch the TPQ teachers. Implementation of TPQ (al Quran education) becomes very important and fundamental to provide stock for TPQ students to be more familiar with sharia finance. Through TPQ, TPQ teachers can introduce and provide understanding very conducive. The material presented is the introduction of syariah financial institutions. The community service are carried out in the form of socialization and counseling. The community service has been carried out in several stages; coordination of preparation, implementation of education activities, and evaluation activities. The commnity service activities were attended by 37 TPQ teachers. PP Al Asror as the host provides full support for the implementation of community service activities. The community service activities can increase participants' sharia financial literacy. This is indicated by the increasing understanding of the participants regarding the differences between Islamic banks and conventional banks, the basic concepts of Islamic finance and akad-akad used for the development of Islamic financial institution products.Keywords: Islamic financial institution, islamic banking, sharia financial literacy, TPQ teacher
The research aims to know a friendly environmental governance system. One sector of economic governance can certainly be initiated through green consumption. The focus of the problem was the green consumption education. This research was conducted by using qualitative approach in order to reveal how the process of conservation education in the Faculty of Economics in fostering behaviors that tend to conserve the consumption behavior in this case the green consumption attitude. The collecting data of research used observation, documentation and interview. This research uncovers how the conservation education is able to shape and build the green consumption attitudes that exist among the students from planning process, implementation, and evaluation of conservation education on the aspects of green consumption. Internalization of conservation value performed by the educators (in this case the lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang) runs well enough.
This study is motivated by the existence of a negative public stigma against LDII in Jambi City, but LDII da'wah activities in Jambi City still exist. Therefore, the researchers tried to narrate more about the history of LDII in Jambi City in 1995-2020. The problems discussed in this study are the history of the establishment of LDII in Jambi City; da'wah conducted by LDII in Jambi City in 1995-2020; and people's views on LDII in Jambi City. To answer these problems, the researchers used historical research methods with heuristic stages, data verification, interpretation and historiography. The findings show that in 1979 LDII entered Jambi and was brought by Hamit Hoyyan under the name Lemkari. Experiencing developments since the foundation was founded in 1995, although 2020 was a bit of a challenge due to the pandemic, LDII activities still exist. Da'wah is carried out through recitation, education, websites and magazines. There are positive and negative public responses to LDII.
This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of transformational leadership on work motivation to teacher work discipline through work commitment. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study population was 126 teachers at MAN. The sample technique used is proportional random sampling of 96 people. Data collection was carried out using instruments consisting of transformational leadership; (30 items), work motivation (45 items), work commitment (30 items) and work discipline (40 items). Test the validity and reliability of data using Alpha Cronbach. The research data were analyzed using path analysis to see the direct and indirect influence between variables, by first carrying out the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and auto correlation test. The results showed that there was an influence between: (1) transformational leadership with work discipline, (2) work motivation with work discipline, (3) work commitment with work discipline, (4) transformational leadership with work commitment, (5) work motivation with commitment work, (6) influence transformational leadership with work discipline through work commitment, (7) influence work motivation with work discipline through work commitment.
At present, the practice of buying and selling pets in the city of Jambi in increasing. Animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, birds, fish, even some who keep snakes as pets. People’s interest in pets is usually because pets can become human substitutes (as friends and family), as house keepers or protectors, and as a self-reflection (hobby). In connection with the practice of buying and selling pets that occur in the community lately, as a Muslim, we should care about these issues, especially in the matter of buying and selling because objects that are traded and sometimes do not get treatment as it should, other than that animals that are traded also sometimes are animals which is forbidden in Islamic law. By using the approach of social science and Islamic law, the authors can conclude that in the city of Jambi, especially in the Subdistrict of Telanaipura and Pasar Kota Jambi, there is a pet trade activity with an online store system and online stores. Factors that cause pet trade are usually due to economic factors and opportunities. Meanwhile, there are two points according to Islam regarding the law of pet trade, which is permissible if the animal is benign and not harmful; and should not be if the animal is wild and dangerous.
This study aims to develop a classroom assessment tool that can be used in LMS-based adaptive assessment and test the appropriateness of the classroom assessment tool. This research is development research. The development research model used is the scale construction process with the following steps: articulate construct and context, choose response format and assemble initial item pool, collect data from respondents, examine psychometric properties and quality so that a final scale is obtained. Respondents of this study were experts who assessed the validation and students of the Vocational High School of Electrical Power Installation Engineering Expertise. The data analysis technique used is instrument analysis using classical test theory and descriptive statistics. The results of the study are: the construct of selected class assessment tools is easy to implement in a computer program. Multiple choice questions with 5 alternative answers. The attitude questionnaire is made in the form of a case assessment with 4 alternative answers, while the observation guidelines are made in the form of a short entry with numbers between 1 and 4. The questions developed have 60 items. Items with less validity are 0, moderate there are 55, and high is 5 with Alpha reliability of 0.934. The attitude questionnaire developed consists of 8 items. The items with less validity are 0, 6, and 2 with high Alpha reliability of 0.731. The observation guide developed contains 16 points of observation. Items with less validity are 0, the medium is 15, and high is 1.
