Mayoritas guru di bawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan kabupaten Bekasi belum mampu dan belum siap menyongsong industri 5.0. Menurut Kemendikbud 60 % guru masih terbatas dalam penguasaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Guru harus lebih aktif untuk belajar terbiasa menggunakan TIK. Terlebih di masa pandemi Covid-19. Sebab TIK menjadi sesuatu yang wajib dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Ketidakmampuan guru menggunakan TIK akan berakibat fatal, sebab akan terjadi gap pendidik.Besar harapan para guru memiliki kemampuan skill berbasis digital dalam memasuki era PJJ ini (Hakim et al, 2020). Sehingga guru dengan minim keterampilan teknologi pun bisa beradaptasi dengan zaman. Ditambah di era revolusi industry 5.0 pemahaman terhadap teknologi informasi serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung kegiatan tidak hanya pembelajaran, akan tetapi juga dunia usaha. This research aims to get the empirical data and to find out the effect of Community Language Learning and learning interest towards students' speaking ability at a private college. The research is conducted at school of foreign languages Cipto Hadi Pranoto in Bekasi. The total sample of this research is 60 students. The data of teaching method and learning interest is collected by using questionnaires and the speaking ability is acquired from the test. The research instrument is tested by the validity and the reliability test. The data is analyzed by using two ways analysis of variance (ANOVA). The result of the research shows that the teaching method has significant effect to the students' speaking ability as the data shows that F0 is 936,941 and sig 0,000 < 0,05. Learning interest has no significant effect to the students' speaking ability as the data shows that F0 is 3, 603 sig 0, 63 > 0,05. Teaching method and learning interest on speaking ability outcomes are not significant as the data shows that F0 is 3, 603 sig 0, 63 > 0,05. The results show that the null hypothesis (H0) is accepted and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is rejected.
Speaking skill is affected by two factors, the internal and external factors. The two external factors are instructional methods and learning resources. The complete and incomplete learning resources will surely affect the instructional process. As well as with instructional methods, it will affect the achievement of learning objectives. This research is aimed to get the empirical data and to find out the effect of instructional method and learning resources towards students’ speaking skill at state senior high schools in Bekasi. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 and SMA Negeri 2 Sukatani-Bekasi. The total sample of this research is 40 students. The experiment was done from 17 Juli – 02 December in 2017. The technique of collecting data of instructional method and learning resources used questionnaires. Otherwise, the speaking skill was acquired from the test. The result of the research identifies there is the significant effect of instructional method and learning resources towards students speaking skill. Thus, the schools and the government should increasingly work hard in fulfillment of the completeness of learning resources and using an appropriate instructional method for the achievement of learning objectives.
