Most companies are experiencing difficulties due to the decline in market demand due to the reduced buying ability of the people. On the other hand, this is surprising for the bicycle industry. The demand for bicycles has increased significantly, especially for folding bike. Based on this phenomenon, the authors conducted further research on how the relationship between product variables, price variables and motivation variables as an intervening variable on the Purchase Decision of the Element Folding Bike. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling and the sample is taken using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 132 respondents from people who lived in Jakarta and had bought and used Element folding bicycles. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis with SmartPLS software. The results showed that the product variable and the motivation variable had a positive and significant direct influence on purchasing decisions. And the price variable has a negative and significant direct influence on purchase motivation and purchase decisions. Furthermore, the motivation variable which acts as an intervening variable has an effect as an intermediary variable in the relationship between Product variables, Price variables on Purchase Decisions.
This study aimed to analyze the effect of the product, price perception, and promotion on customer loyalty to the product of PT. EBARA Indonesia with repurchase intention as an Intervening Variable. The number of research respondents was 137 respondents. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The data used in this study are primary data from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The data resulting from the filling was then analyzed through the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS program. Following the results of the analysis, it can be concluded: (: (1) PT. EBARA Indonesia's products have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention with a coefficient; (2) The price perception of PT. EBARA Indonesia's products have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention; (3) Product promotion of PT. EBARA Indonesia has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention; (4) Repurchase intention products of PT. EBARA Indonesia has a positive and significant effect on consumer customer loyalty (5) Products of PT. EBARA Indonesia has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer customer loyalty ; (6) The price perception of PT. EBARA Indonesia's product has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer customer loyalty; (7) Product promotion of PT. EBARA Indonesia has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer customer loyalty; (8) PT. EBARA Indonesia's product has positive and negative effects. Significant impact on consumer customer loyalty through repurchase intention; (9) PT. EBARA Indonesia's product prices have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through consumer repurchase intention; (10) Promotion of PT. EBARA Indonesia has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through consumer repurchase intention.
Abstract. What causes this cooperative is not active, need to be studied in depth in order to obtain information as a source pembenahannya policy. The study was conducted by the method of the survey, focus group discussions and study desk. The results of analysis of the institutional side indicates that cooperatives are not active because it can not carry out the RAT, administrators and supervisors are not working properly, the membership is not laid out well, did not have an office, the administration is not maintained, the business is not running, no business activities in accordance AD and ART, as well as the presence of external environmental threats seriously. To overcome this problem, the government's role in facilitating, providing encouragement, and making regulations to nourish the cooperative is needed. Solving the problem can be reached with three alternatives are healthy, combine and dissolve manner. Keywords: Cooperative inactive, institutional reform, the role of government and policy. Abstrak. Apa yang menyebabkan koperasi ini tidak aktif, perlu dikaji secara mendalam agar diperoleh informasi sebagai sumber kebijakan pembenahannya. Kajian dilakukan dengan metode suvei, FGD dan desk studi. Hasil analisis dari sisi kelembagaan menunjukkan bahwa koperasi tidak aktif ini karena tidak dapat melaksanakan RAT, pengurus dan pengawas tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, keanggotaan tidak tertata dengan baik, tidak memiliki kantor, administrasi tidak terpelihara, usaha sudah tidak berjalan, kegiatan usaha tidak sesuai AD dan ART, serta terdapatnya ancaman lingkungan eksternal yang serius. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini peran pemerintah dalam memfasilitasi, memberikan dorongan, dan membuat regulasi untuk menyehatkan koperasi sangat dibutuhkan. Pemecahan permasalahan dapat ditempuh dengan tiga alternatif yaitu menyehatkan, menggabungkan dan dengan cara membubarkannya. Kata kunci: Koperasi tidak aktif, kelembagaan, pembenahan, peranan pemerintah dan kebijakan.
The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leaders, academic culture on of the Sustainability Organization Performance of University Lecturers in Indonesia of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) era. This study use quantitative research method with survey technique to respond the test hypotheses that have been formulated. The respondents are 150 lecturers, the sampling technique used was cluster random sampling technique. The instrument of transformational leader, academic lecture and Sustainability Organization Performance were validated with the product moment correlation, while reliability was measured by the Alpha Cronbach. Hypothesis testing using path analysis. The results of data analysis using path analysis, showed that, (1) there is the effect of direct transformational leaders on the lecturers Sustainability Organization Performance , (2) there is the effect of direct academic culture on the lecturers Sustainability Organization Performance , and (3) there is the effect of direct sinergic transformational leaders on the lecturers academic culture. Implications of research efforts to bring down the lecturers Sustainability organization Performance , the effectiveness of sinergic transformational leaders must be increased, the improve the effectivity of academic culture.
