Optimization strategies are very important to support learning activities in limited facilities. the purpose of this study was to determine how the strategy of the head of the madrasah in the optimization of infrastructure experienced obstacles and solutions by the head of the madrasah, as well as how the results of the implementation of the strategy of the head of the madrasah in the optimization of infrastructure. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results showed that the strategy for optimizing infrastructure in MAS Muhammadiyah 1 Medan involves management activities that include planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The constraints experienced are generally in the form of limited funds and locations that are not wide enough so the solution that can be done is to procure the facilities and make optimal use of the available infrastructure. The success of the madrasah head's strategy in optimizing infrastructure can be seen from the procurement, utilization, and good inventory and increasing the creativity and innovation of teachers and students in utilizing available facilities.
Pengabdian Masyarakat (PEMA) ini dilakukan sebagai wujud adanya suatu aktivitas yang menjadi bentuk pengabdian terhadap masyarakat melalui suatu pendekatan antar bidang pengetahuan dan wilayah dalam jangka waktu dan wilayah-wilayah yang dipilih untuk menjadi kegiatan intrakurikuler dalam menjalankan tugas kewajiban oleh mahasiswa. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui garis haluan manajemen hubungan masyarakat (HUMAS) dalam proses internalisasi norma-norma yang berbasis pada agama Islam terhadap masyarakat di wilayah Desa Ndeskati, Kec. Naman Teran, Kab. Karo. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di tanggal 18 Juli 2022 di Desa Ndeskati, Kec. Naman Teran, Kab. Karo. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan penyelenggaraan sosialaisasi tentang nilai keagamaan dan pendidikan, melaksanakan kegiatan dakwah dan mengajar ngaji Al-Qur’an, kegiatan bimbingan belajar dan kegiatan gotong royong bagi masyarakat juga anak-anak sekolah di Desa Ndeskati, Kec. Naman Teran, Kab. Karo. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan informasi jika: (1). Proses internalisasi norma-norma keislaman selama menentukan strategi manajemen hubungan masyarakat (HUMAS) di desa Ndeskati sudah sebanding dengan prosedur teori strategi manajemen pada umumnya, yaitu diawali dari tahapan perencanaan, tahapan analisis lingkungan, tahapan merumuskan strategi, tahapan proses pelaksanaan strategi, tahapan pengawasan dan tahapan evaluasi.
Community Service (Pema) is a tangible manifestation of the duties of lecturers and students in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely the aspect of service. Through community service activities in Bah Butong II village, there is a synergy between universities and the community as a form of participation in the Bah Butong II village community. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the local community about the importance of education and preserving the cultures that exist in the village of Bah Butong in order to assist the village government in educating the community and the children of the nation's successors. The service is carried out through the following activities: Education, teaching, socialization, mutual cooperation and enlivening the independence day. The results of this community service provide enthusiasm and increase public understanding, especially teachers and parents about education, social, culture in order to give birth to the next generation who have spiritual and intellectual understanding.
<p>The learning process requires a good management process in it.Therefore, every teacher before carrying out learning needs to carry out a good planning process in it both with online learning methods and offline learning. The instructor plays a crucial part in determining the amount and quality of learning that occurs. To increase the precision of learning for their pupils and enhance the caliber of instruction, teachers must carefully consider and prepare lesson plans. Due to the fact that the instructor manages learning, facilitates learning, provides excellent learning materials, and enhances students' listening skills, they are better able to grasp learning objectives and receive a high-quality education.
