This research aims to analyze: (1) planning for the development of teaching staff resources; (2) the process of developing teaching staff; (3) educational staff development components; and (4) a model for developing teaching staff resources. This research uses a multisite qualitative method where data collection techniques employ interviews, observation, and document study techniques to enhance the validity of the data findings and the authenticity of the research. The results of this research conclude that: (1) planning for the development of teaching staff is led by the head of the madrasah, involving all elements of the madrasah and taking various forms in the short term, long term, and incidental; (2) the process of developing teaching staff is carried out using various steps, namely: problem identification; needs analysis; determination of funds; target setting; program determination; program implementation; and evaluation; (3) the teacher competency development components include the pedagogical component, professional component, social component, and personality component; and (4) a model for developing teaching staff takes the form of position rotation; training; guidance/counseling; job instructor training; demonstrations and examples; temporary assignments; workshops; seminars; comparative studies; teacher performance management; career development; improving welfare; subject teacher deliberation; education and training; supervision; and further studies.

Education is the main pillar in the development of society and the country. One effort to improve the quality of learning is by developing educational institutions' facilities and infrastructure. This research focuses on improving the quality of learning at MTs H. Agus Salim Gudo through efforts to develop facilities and infrastructure. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the development of facilities and infrastructure at MTs H. Agus Salim Gudo has positively impacted the quality of learning. Developing comfortable classrooms equipped with modern learning facilities creates a conducive learning environment. The construction of libraries equipped with relevant book collections also contributes positively to improving the quality of learning. Besides that, using interactive learning software and adequate computer facilities helps increase student engagement and enrich learning methods. Student involvement in extracurricular activities related to sports and the arts provides additional valuable experience in the learning process. This research provides recommendations for other educational institutions to pay attention to the development of facilities and infrastructure as an effective strategy for improving the quality of learning. Continuous improvement of learning facilities can be a long-term investment to achieve better educational goals

This research discusses the Umi Kartini Qur'an House in increasing effectiveness Learning Tilawatil Qur'an for Children in Indrakasih Village, Medan Tembung District Medan City, with the topic of leadership strategies for improving effectiveness of learning at the Umi Kartini Qur'an House in increasing interest in learning reading the Koran to children in Indrakasih Village, Medan City and the implications of the Qur'an House Umi Kartini in increasing interest in learning to read the Koran among children in the village Indrakasih Medan City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method and is descriptive-analytical in nature. Jacob (Marshall, 1999) describes six types of qualitative methods, namely Human Ethology (human ethology), Holistic Ethnography, Cognitive Anthropology, Ethnography Communication, Symbolic Interaction (Symbolic Interaction), Environmental Psychology (Ecology Psychology). The aim of the research. First, want to know the strategy the head of the Umi Kartini Qur'an House in increasing interest in learning to read the Koran in children in Indrakasih Village, Medan City.
