Development of petrochemical industry, in particular the increase in the efficiency and quality of refined products, necessitates high long-term capital expenditures from oil companies. Today the process of petrochemical industry modernization is facing certain difficulties, which include lack of high-quality modern technologies and engineering, instability of tax policy, lack of qualified personnel, underfunding of projects, low profitability of oil refineries, high dependence on imports of the industry, etc. Complexity of the domestic petrochemical industry development underpins its support from the state. Currently, the development of petrochemical industry is enshrined in three state program documents. These documents include general scheme for the development of oil industry for the period up to 2020, the plan for the development of gas and petrochemicals in Russia for the period up to 2030 and the strategy for the development of chemical and petrochemical complex for the period of up to 2030. This article examines state regulation measures and existing state strategy for the development of petrochemical industry in Russia, as well as the impact and consequences of this regulation reflected on the activities of corporations.
Актуальность статьи обусловлена изучением саморегуляции субъекта и адаптации в условиях изменения профессиональной деятельности. Цель статьи – раскрыть особенности адаптации лиц с разным типом саморегуляции. В качестве основы изучения саморегуляции, регуляторного опыта и адаптации развивается субъектный подход, раскрывающий особенности анализа полученных данных о регуляции лиц в условиях изменения профессиональной деятельности. Авторы дают определение саморегуляции деятельности, в которой осознанное регулирование произвольной активности можно провести через оптимизацию деятельности и реализацию поставленных целей, что позволит оптимизировать процесс адаптации личности к условиям изменения. В статье проведен анализ теорий саморегуляции и адаптации субъекта. В результате проведенного исследования выявлено, что изучать особенности адаптации в условиях профессиональной деятельности можно, выявляя степень сформированности эффективной самостоятельности. Определено, что лица с автономным типом регуляции выступают более рационально в выполняемой деятельности. Лица со смешанным типом используют качества как автономного, так и зависимого типов регуляции. А лица с зависимым типом проявляют себя иррационально, требуя поддержки извне. Изучены условия изменения профессиональной деятельности и выявлено, что они характеризуются фактором регуляторной активности и адаптированности к работе. Существует необходимость в постановке комплексной задачи для проведения дальнейших исследований и определения места и уровня значимости осознанной саморегуляции субъекта в процессе профессионального переобучения. Статья предназначена для психологов, исследователей, работников центров занятости, аспирантов, работников научных организаций и педагогов-психологов. The urgency of the article is caused by study of self-regulation of the subject and adaptation in the conditions of change of professional activity. The aim of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of adaptation of persons with different types of self-regulation. A subjective approach is developed as a basis for studying self-regulation, regulatory experience and adaptation, revealing the peculiarities of analyzing the obtained data on the regulation of individuals under conditions of changes in professional activity. The authors give a definition of activity self-regulation, in which conscious regulation of voluntary activity can be carried out through the optimization of activity and implementation of goals, which will optimize the process of adaptation of the individual to the conditions of change. The article analyzes the theories of self-regulation and adaptation of the subject. As a result of the conducted research it was revealed that it is possible to study the peculiarities of adaptation in the conditions of professional activity by revealing the degree of formation of effective autonomy. It was determined that persons with autonomous type of regulation perform more rationally in the performed activity. Persons with the mixed type use the qualities of both autonomous and dependent types of regulation. And those with the dependent type show themselves irrationally, demanding support from outside. The conditions of changing professional activity were studied and it was revealed that they are characterized by the factor of regulatory activity and adaptability to work. There is a need to set a complex task for further research and determine the place and level of significance of conscious self-regulation of the subject in the process of professional retraining.
