Education is one of the movements of a person towards self-realization as a biological and cultural being. The dialectic of these "pillars" of his being forms tasks at a specific stage of individual, group and human development. At the same time, two ways of understanding can be distinguished as two ways of connecting, paths, between oppositions: "inversion" and "mediation". Inversion is the logic of non-reflective throwing between the poles-absolutes, ignoring the meaning-forming "middle". It is very typical for Russian culture. Mediation is the logic of creative search, finding and realizing a new meaning between the poles, not typical for Russian culture. Inversion creates a "historical trap" of adaptation to the split, the collapse of culture, into which Russia has fallen for centuries of almost total ignorance of some and the arbitrariness of others.
The system of supplementary education at the present stage of development serves as a pedagogical structure, maximally adapting to the needs of students, providing each of them with the greatest freedom of choice in terms of psychological comfort, as well as the possibility of creative development at an individual pace. Programs of supplementary education of sports orientation, the most popular among adolescents, with a competent pedagogical approach to the organization of the activities of the teacher and students are the most effective environment for the education and development of personal and meta-disciplinary skills. In our study, we present a variant of the solution of the indicated problems on the example of one of the directions of martial arts, revealing the possibilities of the whole educational system, which is traditional karate, in the upbringing and development of schoolchildren, not a single sport.
The introduction substantiates the relevance of the issue of independent health protection of university students by means of physical culture. The study notes the need to address the questions of how to build and develop independence and what it consists of in different stages of existence and development of the student as a person, partner, and professional. Materials and methods. The study aims to conduct an integrative analysis of studies on the independence of health protection as an indicator of physical culture of university students. Independence of health saving is considered as an index of high development, effectiveness, awareness of the physical culture of university students, their free and responsible behavior and attitude to the development and implementation of an individual health saving trajectory, including an individualized physical activity. Results of the research. The state of the research and problems of building and developing health protection independence as a criterion of physical culture of university students in modern pedagogical science and practice have been studied. The results of studies on the health protection independence as an integrative indicator of physical culture of university students have been summarized and the conclusion about the importance of using the independence of health protection as a criterion for assessing the extent to which physical culture is developed has been made. Conclusions: Prospects for and directions of the development of independence of health saving as an indicator of physical culture of university students are highlighted.
