Çalışma literatüre yeni kazandırılmış bir kavram olan vicdanî zekânın örgütsel alandaki yerini ve etkisini saptayabilmek için vicdanî zekâ ile yaşam tatmini ve iş performansı arasındaki ilişkinin tespit edilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın amacına uygun olacağı düşünülen ve gönüllülük esası ile faaliyet göstermekte olan Eskişehir Arama Kurtarma Derneği (AKUT) üyeleri arasından basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi yoluyla seçilen 50 AKUT gönüllüsü araştırma örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPPS paket programın 22. versiyonu ile analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcıların vicdanî zekâlarının yaşam tatmini ve iş performansına etkisi regresyon analizi ile yorumlanmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonuncunda Akut çalışanlarının vicdanî zekâ düzeyleri ile görev performansları ve bağlamsal performansları arasında pozitif bir ilişki ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Yaşam tatmin düzeyleri arasında ise bir ilişki bulunmamıştır. Akut çalışanlarının vicdanî zekâları ile yapmış oldukları gönüllü faaliyetlerin gönüllü faaliyetler dışında yapmış oldukları olağan işlerinde performans artışına neden olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Araştırmanın amacı Aralık 2019'da Çin'de ortaya çıkıp tüm dünya yayılan Covid-19 salgın etkilerinin görüldüğü zaman diliminde, çalışanların yaşamış oldukları psikolojiyi olumlu ve olumsuz yönleriyle ele alarak, pozitif psikolojiye sahiplilik durumuyla, stres, anksiyete ve depresyon belirti düzeyleri ile ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma örneklemi 402 mavi ve beyaz yakalı çalışandan oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak DASÖ (Depresyon Anksiyete Stres Ölçeği) ve Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışma verileri SPSS 22 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda; çalışanların pozitif psikolojik sermaye düzeyleri yüksek düzeyde bulunurken, stres belirti düzeyleri, anksiyete ve depresyon belirti düzeylerinden daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Çalışanların psikolojik sermaye seviyelerinin, yaş ve gelir gruplarına göre farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Aynı şekilde, depresyon, anksiyete ve stres belirti düzeylerinin cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, yaş ve gelir gruplarına göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaştığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The efforts to extend the human life have been one of the most discussed topics in all periods of history. Advances in science and technology lead the way to these pursuits. Especially with the developments related to artificial intelligence, it is thought that in many fields, human life will change radically in the future. Transhumanism refers to studies that are performed for the human to live a good life psychologically, physiologically and socially through extending the life span. The ability of a person to live a better life depends on his harmony with hope, optimism, resilience and self-efficacy, which indicate his positive psychological capital, as much as the progress in science and technology. With the study, transhumanism and positive psychological capital have been examined in the framework of organizational behavior, and how life in the future might be has been stated.
ÖzBireyin kendi ihtiyaçlarını yerine getirirken bedensel, ruhsal, zihinsel ve sosyal kısıtlanma ile karşılaşması onun engelliliğiyle ifade edilmektedir. Engelli personel organizasyon içinde diğer sağlıklı personellerle beraber bir faaliyet yürütmektedir. Engelli personel kadar engelli yakını olan personel de organizasyon içinde yer almakta ve yönetimleri özellik isteyen bir unsura dönüşmektedir. Sağlık yöneticileri bulundukları sağlık işletmelerinde oldukça karmaşık bir yönetim süreci yürütmektedir. Bu yönetim yoğun strese yol açmakta, ruhsal ve fiziksel enerji yoksunluğuyla ifade edilen tükenmişliği de meydana getirdiği öngörülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, engelli ve engelli yakınına sahip personelin yönetimi esnasında yöneticilerde tükenmişlik görülüp görülmediğinin ortaya çıkarılmasına yöneliktir. This study tries to reveal the burnout status of the managers of the disabled staff and the personnel having kinship with disabled people in the management process. For this, semi-structured interview technique has been applied to polyclinic curators and assistants of public hospitals, which have a large number of disabled staff and personnel having kinship with disabled people. The last of the outbreaks emerged in Wuhan Province of China in December 2019 and the effects were seen all over the world in a short time. The epidemic has affected all life in a wide range, especially working and educational life. Due to the epidemic, all countries in the world have taken various measures and implemented practices they have never tried before. With this study, all epidemics in human history were discussed in order. The changes these epidemics caused by the period of their existence have been revealed. The current situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, whose effects are still ongoing, has been expressed in terms of its effects on working life and economic life. The situation of distance education, which started to be carried out all over the world with the Covid-19 epidemic, was also discussed in this context. Since such a widespread pandemic was seen nearly a century ago, it is important to evaluate the Covid-19 pandemic.
