Afet Ve Salginlarda Çalişanlar: Dünya Covi̇d-19 Pandemi̇si̇ Örneği̇

Abstract: Araştırmanın amacı Aralık 2019'da Çin'de ortaya çıkıp tüm dünya yayılan Covid-19 salgın etkilerinin görüldüğü zaman diliminde, çalışanların yaşamış oldukları psikolojiyi olumlu ve olumsuz yönleriyle ele alarak, pozitif psikolojiye sahiplilik durumuyla, stres, anksiyete ve depresyon belirti düzeyleri ile ortaya koymaktır.
