The KRPL program is a breakthrough that could increase the ability of communities in terms of farming, food self-sufficiency in order to meet family food needs are diverse, nutritious and healthy and ensure continuity in terms of food supply that is safe for each individual. The implementation of the KRPL program in Banda Aceh City has 9 factors includes motivation, participation, land area, age, education, work background and also the community's perspective on the yard only on aesthetic value.From nine factors which suspected to affect the effectiveness of the program, then there are three factors that significantly positive, namely: motivation (X 1 ), land area (X 3 ), and the intensity of the counseling (X 7 ). It is meant to improve the effectiveness of the program, then increase the motivation factor, the area and intensity of extension needs to be improved.From the results of data processing shown that there are 6 factors were not significant, namely: participation (X 2 ), age (X 4 ), education (X 5 ), jobs (X 6 ), the characteristics of innovation (X 7 ), grants (X 9 ). These 6 factors have no significant effect because the land area that is owned is too narrow, which is less than 3 m 2 so that the results obtained are low and do not affect the independence of the program.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui besarnya persentase pembagian hasil yang diterapkan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Lampulo antara nelayan pemilik (Tauke Kapal dan Tauke Bangku) dan nelayan penggarap (Kapten Kapal dan ABK) serta bagaimana kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga ABK. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Lampulo Kota Banda Aceh dengan menggunakan metode survei. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk sistem pembagian hasil ialah dengan menggunakan rumus penerimaan total, rumus pendapatan dan persentase pembagian hasil sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan untuk ketahanan pangan ialah menggunakan pengukuran derajat ketahanan pangan dengan mengalikan proporsi pengeluaran pangan terhadap pengeluaran total rumah tangga ABK dengan konsumsi energi rumah tangga ABK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata persentase pembagian hasil yang diterima nelayan pemilik sebesar 64% dan nelayan penggarap sebesar 36%, sedangkan kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga ABK di Pelabuhan Perikanan Lampulo ialah kategori rawan pangan dengan proporsi pengeluaran pangan sebesar 69% dan konsumsi energi sebesar 61%.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pembagian Hasil, Ketahanan Pangan, Proporsi Pengeluaran Pangan dan Konsumsi Energi. Abstract - The revenue received in Lampulo Fishing Port based on law no. 16 in 1964 show that the owners get 60% and the smallholders gain 40% of revenue Agrsharing. The income is used to fulfill the household needs of the crews as an effort to boost up their level of food security. The indicator which can be used to determine the food security level is by multiplying the proportion of food expenditure to total expenditure of each crew with energy consumption. This study was conducted to find out the percentage of revenue sharing implemented by Lampulo Fishing Port between fishermen and the boat owners (Tauke Kapal and Tauke Bangku) and smallholders or workers (boat captain and crews) and it is also expected to figure out the household food security of the crews. The study was conducted at Lampulo Fishing Port and for the purpose of data collection, the researcher used survey method. The data then were analyzed using total revenue formula, revenue formula, and revenue sharing percentage. Meanwhile, to analyze food security the researcher used the measurement of the degree of food security by multiplying the proportion of food expenditure to total expenditure of crews’ household with energy consumption of each crew household. The results of the study show that the average percentage of revenue sharing received by the boat owners is 64% and smallholder/ workers is 36%. Furthermore, the level of household food security of the boat crews at Lampulo Fishing Port is categorized as food insecurity with the proportion of food expenditure by 69% and energy consumption by 61%. Limbah pertanian dapat dijadikan suatu produk baru yang memiliki nilai tambah seperti kompos, bokashi, dan sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola pengelolaan limbah di Kecamatan Mutiara Timur, Kabupaten Pidie. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pemanfaatan limbah pertanian untuk usahatani masih rendah. Hal ini dikarenakan petani terbiasa menggunakan pupuk kimia untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman. Salah satu alternatif untuk mengurangi penggunaan dari pupuk kimia tersebut adalah meningkatkan kesadaran petani untuk memanfaatkan limbah pertanian untuk dijadikan pupuk organik. Kendala-kendala dalam pemanfaatan limbah pertanian adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan modal untuk mengolah limbah. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan sosialisasi melalui penyuluhan pertanian guna meningkatkan pengetahuan petani untuk menciptakan petani yang terampil dan mandiri. Abstrak : Harga jual merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap petani, salah satunya yaitu tingkat pendapatan yang di peroleh oleh para petani, yang selanjutnya akan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan produktivitas kerja dari para petani. Saluran pemasaran yang terlalu panjang, dan kebijakan harga yang tidak memihak pada petani mengakibatkan keuntungan yang di peroleh oleh petani sangat sedikit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi harga jual kedelai tingkat petani di Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap harga jual kedelai tingkat petani. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen, Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive). Ruang lingkup penelitian ini terbatas pada faktor tingkat produksi, kualitas, penanganan pascapanen dan saluran distribusi pemasaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang yang diambil dari tiga desa tersebut yaitu desa Cot Kruet, Pinto Rimba, Ara Bungong. Sedangkan besarnya sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 15% dari total populasi penelitian. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah fungsi linier berganda. Hasil analisis koefisiensi determinasi ( R² ) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,827 yang berarti bahwa tingkat produksi, kualitas, penanganan pascapanen, dan saluran ditribusi pemasaran mempengaruhi harga jual kedelai sebesar 82,7%, sedangkan sisanya 17,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil analisis secara serempak (uji-f) bahwa tingkat produksi, Kualitas, Penanganan pascapanen, dan saluran distribusi pemasaran berpengaruh nyata terhapap harga jual kedelai tingkat petani di Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen. Analisis secara parsial (uji-t) menyatakan bahwa faktor kualitas dan penanganan pascapanen yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap harga jual kedelai tingkat petani.Analysis Factors Affecting The Selling Price Soybean Level Farmer in Central Production in Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen.Abstract : The selling price is one factor that would influence the farmers, one of them is income levels in get the farmers, which later will have an influence to motivation and labor productivity from farmers. Marketing outlets is too long, and policy the price of being impartial the farmers resulting in an advantage in get by farmers very few. The purpose of this study is to find of factors affect the selling price of soybean the farm gate in Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten bireuen. Based on it, the study is done to find out what factors had an influence on the selling price of soybean farm gate. The study is done in Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen, the research areas was selected deliberately (purposive). Scope this research limited to factors production level, the quality of, post-harvest handling of crops and distribution channels marketing. Population in this study as many as 30 people who is taken from the three the village the village Cot Kruet, Pinto Rimba, Ara Bungong. The amount of sample used in this research was 15 % of the total number of research. Model the analysis used is a function linear multiple.The results of the analysis koefisiensi determination ( R2 ) obtained value of 0,827 which means that production level, the quality, post-harvest handling of crops, and channels ditribusi marketing affect the selling price soybean of 82.7 %, while the rest 17.3 % influenced by other factors. The results of the analysis in unison ( uji-f ) that production level, the quality, post-harvest handling of crops, marketing and distribution channels may had have real impact against the selling price soybean the farm gate in Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen. Analysis in partial ( uji-t ) said that factors the quality and post-harvest handling of crops who had have real impact on the selling price soybean the farm gate.
This study aims to: (1) present the characteristics of leading horticultural farming in Aceh, (2) compare the conditions of existing traits with those that should live in entering digital agribusiness, (3) identify the constraints in agribusiness to enter digital era, and (4) find the solution of the constraints. Descriptive analysis, tabulation, and comparison are used as the analytical tools in this study. The results show that leading horticultural agribusiness in Aceh have problems in adapting digital era because today’s agribusiness characteristics still outperform. Constraints are attributed to the internal factors of those who plays essential roles in agribusiness. Those factors are: older age of agribusiness actors, low educational attainment, unfamiliar with digital technology, and limited access to land and capital. This study find that government acts, such as improving social assistance, mentoring and coaching, are crucially needed to support agribusiness actors competing in digital era.
The research aims to analyze the farmers’ perception of qualified seed in Aceh Besar regency, the factors that influenced the farmers’ perception of qualified seed and relationship between the farmers’ perception and adoption level of qualified seed in Aceh Besar regency. This research hypothese used a quantitative descriptive method. The respondents are 51 farmers taken from six villages in four subdistricts in Aceh Besar regency. The unit analysis consisted of four subdistricts in Aceh Besar regency with 51 respondents. The results obtained that (1) respondents have a good perception about a qualified seed, (2) the ages, educational backgrounds, the wide of lands, status of lands, and experiences were the internal factors that influenced the farmers’ perception of a qualified seed, (3) adopted level of farmers’ perception was high meanwhile adoption of innovation of respondents was classified into early majority
Abstrak - Untuk tetap dapat mempertahankan pangsa pasar furnitur, maka pedagang harus menerapkan satu strategi untuk menarik minat konsumen membeli produk furnitur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk terhadap preferensi konsumen Di Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Penentuan lokasi ini ditentukan dengan sengaja (purposive sampling). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat konsumen furniture khususnya jenis jepara, rotan dan furnitur modern(tidak berbahan kayu jati dan rotan) dengan item kursi, meja dan tempat tidur yang berdomisili di Kota Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling yaitu menggunakan sampling insidental dengan penarikan sampel secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti serta dapat digunakan sebagai sampel, ditempat yang mudah dijangkau dan dianggap memenuhi syarat sebagai responden. Besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 90 responden. Masing- masing dari jenis-jenis furnitur diambil sebanyak 30. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi biner logistic. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh nilai signifikansi dari variabel kualitas produk, desain dan harga lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, desain dan harga mempengaruhi konsumen.Consumer Preferences Towards Furniture In Banda Aceh CityAbstract - To maintain the market share of furniture, then the trader must implement a strategy to attract consumers to buy furniture products. This study aims to know the effect of product attributes toward consumer preferences in banda aceh. The reserch method used is survey method which uses questionnaires and interviews. Determination of this location is determined by puroseful (purposive sampling). Population of this research is the consumer society furniture especially type of jepara, rattan and modern furniture (not made from teak wood and rattan) with items chair, table, and bed which are domiciled in Band Aceh. The sampling technique is done by non-probability sampling that uses incidental sampling to the withdrawal by chance met with researchers and can be used as a sample. in the place that is easiliy accessible and its qualified to be the respondent. The sample size in this study is as much as 90 respondents. Each types of furniture taken as much as 30. The Analysis of data which used is a binary logistic regression analysis. Based on the analysis, significance value of the variable quality of the products, the design and the cost is less than the value α score = 0,05, which indicates that the variable quality of the product, design and cost affect consumers.
Rice is the main food crop in Indonesia because most of Indonesia's population consumes rice as a source of carbohydrates. The supply chain (supply chain) of rice from producing regions to large markets is controlled by experts. This study discusses how the rice supply chain system in CV. Meutuah Baro and see how the rice supply on the CV. Meutuah Baro if analyzed with the SCOR model and AHP method. This research was carried out in the CV. Meutuah Baro in Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province. This research method uses descriptive analysis and supply chain performance analysis is carried out with the SCOR model and AHP method.The results of this study indicate the activity of members of the rice supply chain structure in the CV. Meutuah Baro consists of farmers, CV. Meutuah Baro, a large rice trader, a retailer of end-consumer retailers, and rice retailers as a direct distributor to end consumers. While in the supply chain performance analysis CV. Meutuah Baro consists of three attributes, namely reliability is the value of the attribute with the best weight (0.99), the agility attribute produces sufficient results with a weight value (0.55), and the responsiveness attribute is the lowest profit value attribute (0.27). Based on the classification of performance standard values, the results of a comprehensive assessment of the rice supply chain CV. Meutuah Baro shows a sufficient value, which is 64%.
