Islamic banking which has operated in Indonesia for 28 years, was able to gain a market share of only 5.94%. This study analyzes aspects of the weaknesses of Islamic banks, traced from their financial performance. The study was conducted by comparing the financial ratios of Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) with Bank Mandiri where both banks operate with different systems and are in one business group. The results showed the weak point of BSM compared to Bank Mandiri was the low quality of productive assets which impacted on the low profitability. In addition, the cost efficiency of BSM is also lower, which is shown by the higher BOPO even though the NOM / NIM of the two banks is relatively the same. This weakness also makes BSM's ability to produce internal funding sources also low. The results of this study recommend that Islamic banks be able to compete and gain profit from sharia business opportunities, by maximizing credit management, increasing efficiency and developing fee-based income-based products. AbstrakBank sistem syariah yang sudah beroperasi di Indonesia selama 28 tahun ternyata hanya mampu meraih pangsa pasar 5,94% saja. Penelitian ini menganalisis aspek yang menjadi kelemahan bank syariah ditelusuri dari kinerja keuangannya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memperbandingkan ratio keuangan Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) dengan Bank Mandiri dimana kedua bank ini beroperasi dengan sistem yang berbeda dan berada dalam satu grup usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan titik lemah BSM dibandingkan dengan Bank Mandiri adalah pada rendahnya kualitas aktiva produktif yang berimbas pada rendahnya profitabilitas. Selain itu, efisiensi biaya BSM juga lebih rendah yang ditunjukkan oleh BOPO yang lebih tinggi meskipun NOM/NIM kedua bank relatif sama. Kelemahan ini sekaligus membuat kemampuan BSM dalam menghasilkan sumber dana internal juga rendah. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa agar perbankan syariah mampu bersaing dan meraih keuantungan dari peluang bisnis syariah, adalah dengan memaksimalkan manajemen kredit, meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengembangkan produk produk berbasis fee based income.
The rabbitfish Siganus canaliculatus population has been exploited intensively in the Jeneponto Regency South Sulawesi by fishermen used non selective fishing gear, throughout the year even the spawning season. The intensive fishing without management policy can caused decreasing of the rabbit fish population, and if it continues population will be collapse. This study was conducted to investigate some of the reproductive biological study of this species. A total of 1821 specimens of S. canaliculatus consisting of 1436 males and 385 females were randomly collected on a monthly from fishers in the coastal waters of the Jeneponto, South Sulawesi. The fecundity and gonad stage were studied for 39 female individuals varied between 85 and 284 mm total length (TL). Egg diameters were determined using the microscope. The overall sex ratio (Males: Females) ranged from 1.7: 1 to 8.2:1 The estimation of fecundity was between 5416 and 130760 eggs.ind-1, and increased with fish length, body weight and gonad weight. Egg diameter of S. canaliculatus in this study ranged from 0.1-0.5 of stage III. 0.35-0.45 of stage IV, 0.1-0.55 of stage V, and 0.35-0.55 of stage VI. Egg diameters increased with increased fish length. Egg diameters increased with increased fish length.
The primary aim of the present study was to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the journal articles published in Scopus database on educational technology in physical education learning. In accordance with the objectives of this study, a systematic search was carried out in the Scopus database, which included high-quality scientific literature in more than 250 disciplines, including social sciences, and humanities. “Technology and Physical Education", followed by “Education" and "School" were the primary search terms used for the identification of studies and several health based databases were searched in English language literature in the Scopus database from 1999-2021. A total of 131 journal articles were published in the Scopus database within the time line of 1999-2021. A very low amount of literature was available relevant to technology and physical education within the timeframe of 1999 to 2009. Based on publications in the Scopus database, the findings revealed that: 1) The number of publications has increased, although there was an up-and-down trend from year to year. 2) Most of the publications were written by researchers located in several countries and universities. 3) “Structure and content of the educational technology of managing students' healthy lifestyle” written by Alexander & Vladislav (2015) was the most cited article with 46 citations. 4) Universidad de La Sabana, Colombia, was found to be the most productive institution with 5 publications. 5) The keyword with the highest number of occurrences (19) in the research sample was “educational technology selection”.
Telah dilakukan pembuatan Dye Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC) dengan elektroda kerja yang terbuat dari campuran TiO2 dan 14% grafit yang selanjutnya ditulis sebagai TiO2:C14%.Koloid TiO2:C14% dideposisikan pada substrat kaca konduktif Fluorine Doped Tin Oxide(FTO) dengan metode sol-gel-spin coating pada kecepatan 500, 1000 dan 1500 rpm selama 50 detik. Kemudian lapisan ini direndam selama 24 jam dalam pewarna (dye) yang diambil dari ekstrak kelopak bunga rosella (hibiscus sabdariffa). Untuk mengkarakterisasi bahan pembentuk sel surya dilakukan uji XRD dan SEM. Uji efisiensi sel surya tersensitasi zat warna dihitung dengan menggunakan rangkaian karakteristik kurva IV. Dari hasil yang diperoleh ketebalan tertinggi diperoleh pada kecepatan putar 500 rpm dengan ketebalan lapisan 0,9 mm dan efisiensi yang dihasilkan adalah 0,014%. The production of Dye Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC) has been done. The transparent electrode is made by mixing of TiO2 and graphite 14% (TiO2:C14%). TiO2:C14% colloid is deposited on a conductive glass substrate Fluorine Doped Tin Oxide (FTO) by spin coating method at 500, 1000 and 1500 rpm during 50 second. Then, the layer is soaked of 24 hours in dye taken from the extract of rosella. SEM and XRD characterization are performed for looking properties of DSSC materials. The efficiency of DSSC is calculated by using the characteristic circuit IV curve. The highest efficiency value is obtained when the thickest active layer (0,9 mm) at 500 rpm, the resulting efficiency is 0,014%.
