The weather anomaly phenomenon that occurs can have some negative impact such as flooding, floods will paralyze the economic activities of the community, transportation activities, damage public infrastructure. In this research forecasting weather parameters as a variable for predicting the amount of rainfall using the ANFIS method and Support Vector Regression (SVR) with the aim to provide information on future weather conditions quickly and accurately. The people can prepare themselves and prepare the equipment needed to deal with it. Rainfall predicted based on synop data such us relative humidity, wind, and temperature. Each parameters must forcasted by using ANFIS and the result used for predict rainfall. Accurate prediction calculated using MSE and RMSE. Predictions of parameters that affect rainfall using the ANFIS method shown that for wind speed predictions having RMSE of 1.975004, temperature predictions have RMSE of 0.742332, and predictions of relative humidity have RMSE of 3.871590. Predicted rainfall based on the data results of the nearest method pre-processing using the Support Vector Regression (SVR) method produces an MSE error value of 0.0928.
Abstract Halal supply chain management is certainly very strategic applied in the halal industry in the environment around the islamic boarding school towards madani society 5.0. This study aims to describe the principles of halal supply chain management in islamic boarding school; analyze the islamic boarding school ecosystem in realizing halal supply chain management, and explain the challenges of implementing the islamic boarding school based halal supply chain management towards madani society 5.0. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using a hermeneutic content analysis model and the integration-interconnection approach in detail the islamic boarding school ecosystem in order to develop halal supply chain management. In general, the four principles of the halal supply chain, namely halal procurement, halal manufacturing, halal distribution, and halal logistics. The islamic boarding school ecosystem in implementing halal supply chain management certainly requires government support, transportation planning, information technology management, human resource management; collaborative relations, halal certification, and traceability of halal information. Abstrak Manajemen halal supply chain tentunya sangat strategis diterapkan pada industri halal di lingkungan sekitar pesantren menuju madani society 5.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan prinsip-prinsip manajemen halal supply chain pada pesantren; menganalisis ekosistem pesantren dalam mewujudkan manajemen halal supply chain; dan menjelaskan tantangan penerapan manajemen halal supply chain berbasis pesantren menuju madani society 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan model content analysis hermeneutik dan pendekatan integrasi-interkoneksi menganalisis secara rinci ekosistem pesantren dalam rangka mengembangkan manajemen halal supply chain. Secara umum empat prinsip halal supply chain, yaitu halal procurement (pengadaan), halal manufacturing (pengolahan), halal distribution (distribusi), dan halal logistic (rantai pasokan). Ekosistem pesantren dalam implementasi manajemen halal supply chain tentunya membutuhkan dukungan pemerintah, perencanaan transportasi, manajemen teknologi informasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, hubungan kolaboratif, sertifikasi halal, dan ketelusuran informasi halal. Testicular torsion (TT) is an emergency in urology that happens because of the spermatic cord’s rotation. Decreased of overall sperm parameters after TT often happens in which can endanger the patient’s fertility status. Approach on how to salvage the testicle and to prevent unwanted complications remains as the doctor’s greatest priority. We report a case of oligoasthenoteratozoospermia after surgical detorsion without orchidectomy in testicular torsion. A 19-year-old male, presenting with sudden, progressive, and continuous pain in the right testicle for 4 hours. The right testicle was larger in volume on physical examination, there were a negative phren sign and negative cremasteric reflex. Gray scale ultrasound without Doppler showed changes suggestive of testicular torsion. Emergency surgery revealed a dark-bluish right testicle with a 360o rotation of the spermatic cord. Detorsion without orchidectomy was performed with clinical judgment hoping for the restoration of testicular viability. Sperm analysis was done after one month and oligoasthenoteratozoospermia was found. Although some patients experience decreased overall sperm parameters after TT that perhaps making them infertile, interestingly there is no difference in pregnancy rates among couples with TT men when compared to the general population. The best testicular salvage surgery method to prevent testicular atrophy also has not been determined yet. Thus, the patient should be carefully counseled about the good outcome of pregnancy rate and the chance for testicular atrophy, regardless of what is the surgical choice.
