Der 1. Teil ist dem Fr?hling gewidmet und bespricht die Fertigrezepturen Jia Wei Xiao Yao San und Long Dan Xie Gan. Ihre Einsatzgebiete reichen von der Fr?hlingskonjunktivitis ?ber unzureichende ?Fr?hlingsrosse? bis hin zur Mittelohrentz?ndung.
Zusammenfassung Seit vielen Jahrtausenden wird Honig bereits von den Menschen als Heilmittel eingesetzt. In diesem Beitrag wird die Apitherapie vorgestellt und die Bestandteile und Wirkweise des Honigs sowie dessen medizinischer Einsatz werden dargelegt.
Zusammenfassung Das Wort ?Egel? stammt vom griechischen Wort ?echis? = kleine Schlange, und tats?chlich sehen die kleinen Helfer wie schwarze, glitschige Nacktschnecken aus. Aber wer diese behenden kleinen Lebewesen in ihrem Medium schwimmen sieht und sie n?her betrachtet, kann die Beweglichkeit und Sch?nheit dieser kleinen Tierchen, die zur Gattung der Ringelw?rmer (Aniliden) geh?ren, entdecken. ?brigens ist die Musterung auf jedem Blutegel (Hirudo medicinalis) individuell, vergleichbar dem menschlichen Fingerabdruck. Inzwischen ist die Blutegeltherapie zum Gegenstand moderner Forschung geworden, die l?ngst belegt hat, dass die Heilwirkung dieser Therapie nicht auf mittelalterlichem Aberglauben beruht und daher Einzug finden kann in die moderne ganzheitliche Praxis. In diesem Artikel werden praxistaugliche Vorschl?ge zum gezielten Ansetzen der Blutegel auf Akupunkturpunkte bildlich dargestellt und erkl?rt.
Die Traditionelle chinesische Medizin (TCM) mit ihrer Kräuter-und Nadel-Therapie bildet einen wesentlichen Anteil an der komplementären und alternativen Medizin. Vor über 4500 Jahren hat sich die Akupunktur entwickelt und bringt auch noch heute neue Ansätze und Ideen hervor. Eine solche Revolution fand 2004 in den USA, San Diego, Californien, statt: David Schmidt brachte die Lifewave ® -Pflaster auf den Markt. Dabei handelt es sich um nontransdermale Pflaster, die auf Akupunkturpunkte geklebt werden und über Photonentherapie die Blockade des Qi beim Menschen oder Tier beheben können.
