Services in Regional Hospital of Mamuju generally still complained of patients and their families in all treatments. The aim of research to determine the standard of nursing care documentation in Regioanal Hospital of Mamuju. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with observational approach. This study was conducted in March to Okober 2015 in Regional Hospital of Mamuju. Subjects in this research is all nurses who perform nursing documentation with a number of research subjects as many as 93 people. Variables studied nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation using a standard observation sheet nursing care, used univariate data analysis. The results showed nursing documentation based on the standard of nursing care which is less complete assessment category 91 nurses (97.8%), nursing diagnoses relevant category 47 nurses (50.5%), planning the relevant category 44 nurses (47.3%), the implementation of category complete 49 nurses (52.7%) and the evaluation of the complete category 59 nurses (63.4%).
Abstrak: Stunting masih menjadi salah satu masalah prioritas Indonesia. Hasil SSGBI tahun 2019, sebanyak 40,38% balita mengalami stunting. Sulawesi Barat merupakan provinsi yang mempunyai prevalensi balita stunting terbanyak kedua setelah provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Salah satu intervensi yang dinilai mampu mengatasi masalah stunting adalah dengan pemberian ASI eksklusi secara optimal. Oleh karena itu Tim Pengabadian Masyarakat Poltekkes Kemenkes Mamuju melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pemberdayaan peran suami dalam upaya pemberian ASI secara optimal. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang manfaat ASI dan keterampilan pijat oksitosin pada suami dan kader Posyandu. Kegiatan ini dilakukan bentuk health education yang diberikan kepada kelompok sasaran utama yaitu para suami dan kader Posyandu. Peserta diberikan pre-test dan post-test. Setelah pemberian penyuluhan dan simulasi pijat oksitosin, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang manfaat pemberian ASI yaitu dari 30,7% meningkat menjadi 91,7% . Selain itu, peserta mampu melakukan simulasi pijat oksitosin dengan baik.Abstract: West Sulawesi is a province that has the second-highest prevalence of stunting after the East Nusa Tenggara province. One of the interventions that are considered capable of overcoming the stunting problem is optimally exclusive breastfeeding. Therefore, the Community Service Team of the Mamuju Health Polytechnic carried out community service activities in the form of empowering the husbands' role in optimal breastfeeding efforts. This activity aimed to increase knowledge on breastfeeding and to increase the skill on oxytocin message among husbands and Posyandu cadres. This community service activity was carried out in the form of health education which was given to the main target group, namely husbands and Posyandu cadres. Participants were given pre-test and post-test. After providing counseling and oxytocin massage simulation, there was an increase in participants' knowledge about breastfeeding, from 30.7% to 91.7%. Besides, participants were able to simulate the oxytocin massage well.
Marriage is a very sacred thing and maintains the integrity of the family by looking at several aspects of a person's physical, spiritual and psychological aspects that support happiness. Early marriage is marriage that has not reached the age of 18 years. This is referred to as one of the social pathologies that cause or poverty. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on education, maternal health, poverty, women's empowerment and human rights cannot be achieved if the problem of early marriage is not addressed in many low and medium prayer countries. The results of the investigation of the literature study from these 15 articles can be described that the occurrence of early marriage can be caused by several factors, namely economic problems, customs, education, decision makers are parents, living in rural areas. Some of the effects that can occur in early marriage are domestic violence, psychosocial burden and stress, reduction, illness, women's independence, health of mothers and children, and the level of school activity of children. Intervention efforts that can be made are increasing education and knowledge, media exposure, peer education methods, involving religious shops, social in educational activities for adolescents. From the results of this literature study, it can provide an understanding of the development and prevention of early marriage and seek therapeutic and comprehensive preventive measures.
The Covid-19 pandemic has caused changes in all aspects of life, anxiety and panic in society. Transmission of Covid-19 is so fast with varied viral mutations including Alpha (B117), Beta (B1351), Delta (B1617), and the Omicron variant (B11529. Knowledge about covid is growing and various vaccines have been found to break the chain of transmission of 19. Nurses are very at risk of contracting Covid-19 because they provide direct service to patients who show symptoms and those who are asymptomatic, therefore nurses must always obediently wash their hands and wear complete PPE in accordance with standard operating procedures. PPNI states more than 15,000 nurses infected with Covid-19. This study was an observational study using a cross-sectional approach with quantitative analysis. The population of this study used total sampling, namely all 20 nurses at the Binanga Mamuju Health Center. The questionnaire was the instrument used in this study. The analysis was carried out using test Chi-Square Test Yes a significant effect between workload and nurses' adherence to washing hands and using personal protective equipment with a p value of 0.028 ˂ 0.05. efficacy of prevention has an effect on nurses' adherence to washing hands and using personal protective equipment with a p value of 0.001 ˂ 0.05.
According to the United Nations Children's Fund, it is estimated that worldwide around 165 million children were stunted in 2012. West Sulawesi currently has the highest prevalence of stunting (41.6 per cent), behind the WHO standard, which is below 20 per cent. Currently, the efforts that can be made by the Government of Indonesia are to target nutrition improvement in sustainable development (SDGs). This literature study aims to provide an overview of how depression and other problems during pregnancy can be associated with stunting. Literature from ProQuest, Science Direct and Google Scholar databases. The results showed that the 13 articles reviewed stated that depression and conflict during pregnancy were associated with an increase in stunting rates. An illustration of how depression and other problems during pregnancy can be used as a reference in implementing more diverse and appropriate interventions, especially in the region of one of the provinces in Indonesia, namely West Sulawesi, which has a high prevalence of stunting.
