This study aimed to describe the Teun A Van Dijk's model text's dimensions in online news text discourse on Kompas.com Newspaper with the headline "Flashback to Distance Learning due to the Covid-19 Pandemic" on September 3, 2020. This study's data were speech and dialogue on the online media kompas.com, while the data source for the online newspaper kompas.com is in the form of news texts about distance learning flashbacks due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Data The data collection methods and techniques used the documentation method with the observation and note technique. In contrast, the data analysis method used the content analysis method with the Teun A Van Dijk model of critical discourse analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of Teun A Van Dijk's text consist of three parts, namely the superstructure, macro-structure, and microstructure measurements. The superstructure dimension is about coherence and schematic of text. The macrostructure dimension discusses thematic/topics, namely examining flashbacks or evaluating the implementation of the distance learning policy announced by the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture. The measurements of the microstructure that found in background elements, details, intentions, presuppositions, sentence form (passive and active sentences), coherence (additive/addition coherence, causal coherence, and contrast coherence), pronouns (their pronouns and us), lexicon, graphics, and metaphors (figure of speech).
The phenomenal discourse on People Power after Pemilu 2019 is an opinion that was initiated by a central figure in Indonesia, namely Amien Rais. This discourse invited many responses, one of which was Yusril Ihza Mahendra. Yusril gave his argument about various complicated situations and the risk of governance under the umbrella of provocation of people power. The problem of this research is how is the structure of the text and the social context that builds Yusril's opinion on the discourse of people power? This research includes descriptive qualitative research. The approach used is the critical discourse analysis model Teun A. Van Dijk. The data analysis method used is the equivalent and contextual method. Data presentation is done informally. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) the structure of the text describes semantic, syntactic, and stylistic aspects; while (2) the social context that builds the discourse of People Power is the power and access that the author has.
<p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan bagaimana penggunaan homonimi untuk penyimpangan makna sebagai upaya membangun humor dalam meme. (2) Mendeskripsikan pola penyimpangan makna yang memanfaatkan homonimi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik lanjutan catat. Analisis data menggunakan metode padan referensial dengan teknik hubung banding untuk mendukung kodifikasi, reduksi, penyajian, dan intepretasi sesuai dengan kerangka kerja penelitian kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan relasi makna homonimi meliputi kata dasar, bentukan, asing, dan slang. Ditemukan juga penyimpangan makna dengan memanfaatkan homonimi yang terjadi karena eufemisme, penamaan, dan pemberian jeda. Selain homonimi, ditemukan juga pemanfaatan homofoni dan homografi singkatan kata. Ada tiga pola yang digunakan untuk melakukan penyimpangan makna dengan memanfaatkan homonimi. 1) Kata yang disimpangkan didampingi dengan teks sebagai penjelas. 2) Kata yang disimpangkan didampingi dengan gambar sebagai penjelas. 3) Kata yang disimpangkan tidak muncul dalam simbol bahasa melainkan gambar dengan teks sebagai penjelas. Pemegang peran penting penyimpangan makna dalam meme adalah gambar dan penggunaan kolokasi. Kolokasi yang tepat mampu mengelabuhi pembaca sebelum akhirnya dikejutkan oleh makna kedua.</p>
This research describes the pedagogical competence of teachers in arranging lesson plans in the 10th grade of Tour and Travel Business of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. The lesson plans prepared by the teachers will give impacts toward the learning practice and also the students' learning result. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach in a descriptive research. The source of data in this research is the teachers, while the data obtained from the teachers' pedagogical competence are the readiness of the teachers to teach (RPP), sources and teaching materials. The techniques used to collect the data are interview and documentation. Based on the data analysis, the result of this research shows that the lesson plans of Bahasa Indonesia teachers in the 10th grade of Tour and Travel Business of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in arranging the lesson plans (RPP) is still not correspond to the component regulated in Permendikbud No. 22, 2016. However, the teachers could access their class by giving the learning method in the form of discussions. It will help the students to solve the problems which appeared in the lesson. The teachers have enclosed learning media to facilitate the students in receiving the learning material. However, the teacher still has not made the RPP in accordance with the correct components. Thus, it can be concluded that the pedagogic competence of Bahasa Indonesia teachers in the 10th grade of Tour and Travel Business of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta is still not good, because the teacher has not made the lesson plans in accordance with components set by Permendikbud.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis unsur teks, interpretasi dan eksplanasi menggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis. Strategi tekstual berfokus tentang pemilihan kosakata yang tepat dan penggunaan tata bahasa tertentu. Metode yang digunakan adalah, metode simak-bebas-libat-cakap (SBLC) dengan teknik catat. Jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mengacu pada kerangka dimensi analisis wacana Fairclough yaitu: analisis teks yaitu deskripsi, interpretasi dan eksplanasi yang akan digunakan sebagai teknik dalam analisis data. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagai berikut: pertama, jenis kalimat yang digunakan meliputi direktif, interogatif dan imperatif yang juga merupakan strategi bagi pemroduksi teks dalam menunjukkan ideologinya, serta penilaian secara tidak langsung terhadap partisipan. Kedua, kosakata yang digunakan memiliki tujuan untuk menegaskan, dan mengaburkan maksud yang sebenarnya. Selain kosakata tersebut, analisis tekstual juga meliputi aspek ketatabahasaan dengan mendayagunakan ketransitivan, kalimat positif-negatif, dan modalitas, serta men-dayaguna-kan struktur tekstual yang sesuai dengan piramida terbalik dengan menggunakan pola konstruksi teks berita. Sehingga dalam dimensi sosial-kultural adanya perubahan situasi, perubahan instritusi dan perubahan sosial.
