In maintaining the employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic in Batam, BPR Sejahtera Batam continues consistently a comfortable bank environment and participation of all employees in daily activities as well as customer service in keeping Government Health protocols Batam City, namely the Business Continuity Plan – Covid19 BPR Sejahtera. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, leadership, organizational culture on employee performance. A total of 148 respondents have participated in this study. The data collected using survey questionnaire and analyzed by utilizing the Structural Equation Modelling – Analysis of Moment Structure (SEM-AMOS). The result found that motivation and leadership, have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Also, motivation and leadership, have a positive and significant effect on employee job performance. In addition, organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee performance. In conclusion, motivation, leadership, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Also, this study indicated that job satisfaction, Motivation and Leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Besides that, Organizational Culture does not have a significant effect on employee performance.
AbstrakDaun kopi arabika mengandung senyawa antara lain flavonoid yang berpotensi sebagai antioksidan alami yang dapat menghambat radikal bebas. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun kopi arabika memiliki aktivitas antioksidan dengan nilai IC50 sebesar 19,856 ± 0,126 µg/ml. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai IC50 dari krim ekstrak etanol daun kopi arabika dengan menggunakan metode DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) dan karakteristik fisika kimia sediaan krim. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan metode maserasi menggunakan etanol 70%, kemudian dilakukan uji kualitatif senyawa flavonoid. Variasi konsentrasi ekstrak dalam krim adalah 0,1%, 0,2%, dan 0,3%. Aktivitas antioksidan krim diuji dengan metode DPPH serta diamati karakteristik fisik kimia krim meliputi organoleptis, homogenitas, pH, daya lekat, viskositas, dan daya sebar. Data uji kualitatif senyawa flavonoid ditujukan untuk senyawa flavanoid, selanjutnya stabilitas fisika krim dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier, uji aktivitas sediaan krim dihitung menggunakan persentase aktivitas antioksidan dan uji aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak dihitung menggunakan nilai IC50. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrak etanol daun kopi arabika mengandung senyawa flavonoid yang memiliki aktivitas sebagai antioksidan. Hasil uji aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak daun kopi arabika diperoleh nilai IC50 sebesar 3,578 µg/ml, sedangkan kuersetin diperoleh nilai IC50 sebesar 15,09 µg/ml. Hasil uji aktivitas antioksidan sediaan krim FI, FII, dan FIII menunjukkan persen aktivitas antioksidan berturut-turut sebesar 21,390%, 26,152%, dan 37,097%. Variasi konsentrasi ekstrak dalam formulasi sediaan krim memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap sifat fisika dan kimia krim.Kata kunci : Daun kopi arabika, Flavonoid, Krim, Antioksidan. Full-Blooded Face, Anxiety, Mother Postpartum. Post partum (puerperal) is the future return of the reproductive organs such as the state before becoming pregnant within six weeks after delivery. One of the psychological disorders suffered postpartum mothers is anxiety. Blooded face is a complementary therapy to reduce stress and anxiety. The aim of research to determine the effect on reducing anxiety blooded face puerperal women in childbirth care facility in Wonogiri districts. This study uses a pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest design. Population in this research is the post partum mothers who gave birth and postpartum controls in BPM Siti Syamsiyah Wonogiri and RB. Nur Annisa Wonogiri in March-May 2014. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Assessment of anxiety 30 minutes before full-blooded face the majority of mild anxiety, as many as 23 respondents (58.97%). Assessment of anxiety 24 hours after the majority of full-blooded face no anxiety as much as 33 respondents (84.61%). Blooded face significantly influence the decrease in anxiety scores. ρ = 0.00 (ρ <0.05); x = 16.20 to 8.46. The magnitude of the effect of ± 7.74. There is a full-blooded face effect on reducing anxiety postpartum mothers. Recommendations for delivery care facilities to be able to apply blooded face for postpartum mothers.
The role of students who have good English skills and higher quality standards in an English language education course institution is one of the most influential parts on the quality of the course institution. To foster positive competitiveness among students and produce the best quality students, awards are given every year. Decision Support System is one alternative in determining a decision so that this research aims to facilitate educational course institutions in making decisions to choose the best students who will get awards later. The method used to produce the best student data (Best Student) uses the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. To get the final conclusion as an alternative decision to determine the best students, this research requires a process of calculating steps on each variable that has been determined based on the criteria set by the educational course institution. Then the result obtained from this decision support system is a fast and accurate decision in determining the best student based on the overall ranking of student alternatives. Abstrak: Peranan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik dan standar kualitas lebih disebuah lembaga kursus pendidikan bahasa Inggris merupakan salah satu bagian yang sangat berpengaruh pada kualitas lembaga kursus tersebut. Untuk menumbuhkan daya saing yang positif antar siswa dan menghasilkan kualitas siswa yang terbaik maka dilakukan pemberian penghargaan setiap tahunnya. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam penentuan sebuah keputusan sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan lembaga kursus pendidikan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk memilih siswa terbaik yang akan mendapatkan penghargaan nantinya. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan data siswa terbaik (Best Student) menggunakan metode Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP). Untuk mendapatkan hasil kesimpulan akhir sebagai alternatif keputusan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik penelitian ini membutuhkan proses langkah perhitungan pada setiap variabel yang sudah ditentukan berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh pihak lembaga kursus pendidikan. Maka hasil yang didapatkan dari sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah suatu keputusan cepat dan akurat dalam menentukan siswa terbaik berdasarkan perangkingan keseluruhan alternatif siswa.
