This study aims to determine the effect of the effect of facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction of gas station in Setu Bekasi, West Java. This research is quantitative research. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) Smart PLS software version 3. The population in this study were gas station customers 3417308 Setu Bekasi, West Java, which according to Non-Probability Sampling with the Accidental Sampling method, resulting total sample of 353 respondents. The testing stages are validity test, reliability test, inner model includes convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite validity, Cronbach's alpha, outer model includes path coefficient test and hypothesis testing. The finding reveals that the facility has a positive and significant direct effect on Customer Satisfaction, the service quality has a direct and significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, and the facility has a direct positive and significant effect on Service Quality. Meanwhile, the facilities and service quality have a positive and significant indirect effect on customer satisfaction. From the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the facilities and service quality have an indirect effect on customer satisfaction, but with the facilities and service quality in accordance with what customers expect, it can create and increase customer satisfaction.
The good faith principle is present in the pre-contractual stage of Preliminary House Sale and Purchase Agreement because all three contractual stages are also characterised by good faith. This Preliminary Agreement precedes the actual House Sale and Purchase Agreement and we submit that the Preliminary Agreement is legally binding provided that it be honestly entered to. The legal remedy that is available for consumers who find the promises of their property agent in the Preliminary Agreement not included in the actual House Sale and Purchase Agreement is the Decree of State Minister for Public Housing No. 09/KPTS/M/1995. Perlindungan hukum yang dapat digunakan konsumen ketika apa yang diperjanjikan oleh developer tidak tercantum dalam perjanjian pendahuluan adalah ketentuan Keputusan Menteri Negara Perumahan Rakyat No. 09/KPTS/M/1995.
The discharging of one’s debt by bankruptcy aims to provide creditors with fair distribution of assets. However, for secured creditors, (those holding mortgage rights, fiduciary collateral, and other in rem security rights) provisions concerning stay of execution and limited foreclosure time are not consistent with securities law, hence jeopardizing their interests. This article arrives into a conclusion that several adjustments need to be made by amending the existing statutory regulations and by stipulating a Government Regulation, in order to ensure legal certainty on whether the right of secured creditors to foreclose exists. Penyelesaian utang melalui lembaga kepailitan dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan pembagian yang adil bagi para kreditur. Namun bagi kreditur separatis (pemegang gadai, jaminan fidusia, hak tanggungan, hipotek dan agunan kebendaan lainnya), adanya ketentuan penangguhan eksekusi dan pembatasan jangka waktu eksekusi jaminan dalam UU Kepailitan kurang selaras dengan ketentuan hukum jaminan, sehingga berpotensi merugikan kreditur separatis. Dalam pembahasan tulisan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlu dilakukan suatu penyesuaian baik melalui revisi undang-undang maupun dengan Peraturan Pemerintah, sehingga dapat memberikan kepastian hukum mengenai ada atau tidak adanya hak eksekusi kreditur separatis.
This study aims to analyze the policies and formulations of criminal law in tackling street children who commit crimes. The lack of realization of the state's responsibility for neglected children is due to the fact that the government system has not been running properly, and there is no strong desire from the government to take care of neglected children. The research uses a normative juridical approach (socio-legal research) as the basis for describing ideas. The results of this study are the obstacles that occur in the protection of the rights of Indonesian children, especially against street children who commit criminal acts, including: The implementation of law enforcement itself; this concerns the ability of law enforcement officers, supporting facilities and infrastructure, government programs have not been fully able to realize effectively considering the level of the economic capacity of most Indonesian people is still low, lack of public knowledge, especially parents about children's rights, lack of understanding and related agencies and the community about the provisions of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, Coordination between social and government organizations as well as between organizations relatively less social and cross-sectoral and international cooperation is not well established.
