This study was to explore factors predicting the use of e-learning during Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) among sport science education students In Indonesia Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The study was conducted through survey with 974 participating students from five Indonesian HEIs. An extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with facilitating condition as the external factor was implemented to be the theoretical framework of this study. An analysis method through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to measure and assess the proposed model. The findings informed that: (1) the TAM-based proposed scale has been successfully explained factors predicting the use of e-learning among Indonesian sport science students during the pandemic; (2) the finding of significant relationships between facilitating condition and perceived ease of use and between facilitating condition and perceived usefulness was reported; and (3) the significant relationships among core components of TAM were found except for one, relationship between perceived usefulness and attitude.
This study was conducted to investigate the perspectives of sports science students on factors affecting distance learning in the setting of Indonesian higher education institutions (HEIs). This study proposed an extended technology acceptance model (TAM) with eight variables; experience, enjoyment, self-efficacy, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, intention to use, and actual use. An online survey was used to collect data from 1291 respondents. The structural model was examined through the partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The multi-group analysis (MGA) was conducted to understand the role of geographical areas in moderating all hypothetical relationships. The findings show that the respondents were not excited about online learning due to weak means (below 3) for most items of five variables; enjoyment, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and intention to use. All relationships were supported except the relationship between experience and perceived usefulness. The strongest significant relationship emerged between intention to use and actual use. Meanwhile, the least significant relationship was found between self-efficacy and perceived usefulness. Three out of 12 hypotheses were confirmed regarding the differences of geographical areas (rural and urban) regarding all relationship paths. The findings add to a deeper understanding of the acceptability of distance learning during pandemics like COVID-19.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan Produk Booklet Pedoman Tahapan Latihan Shooting Tingkat Dasar dan Lanjutan Untuk Pemain Petanque. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan metode model 4-D, yang terdiri dari 4 tahap dan akan dilaksanakan selama dua tahun, yaitu: (1) Define: menganalis permasalahan berbagai kajian teknik shooting pada para pemain petanque, (2) Design: Merancang Booklet, (3) Develop: pengembangan Booklet dengan validasi ahli dan uji coba kelompok kecil berupa respon pemain petanque, (4) Desseminate: penyebaran Booklet Pedoman latihan untuk pemain dan pelatih petanque.Hasil penelitian draf I: (1) validasi ahli menunjukan untuk seluruh aspek diperoleh rata-rata 4,04 mendapat penilaian baik dengan kriteria kevalidan dikategorikan valid. (2) validasi materi menunjukkan bahwa untuk seluruh aspek penilaian diperoleh rata-rata 4,17 mendapat penilaian baik dengan kriteria kevalidan dikategorikan valid. Hasil penelitian draf II: (1) penilaian respon pemain terhadap booklet seluruh aspek penilaian diperoleh rata-rata 4,18 dengan penilaian setuju dan kriteria kepraktisan adalah praktis. (2) penilaian pelatih petanque terhadap seluruh aspek diperoleh rata-rata 4,16 dengan penilaian setuju dan kriteria kepraktisan adalah praktis.

Penelitian yang dilakukan Menggunakan Metode deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif, sesuai dengan tujuan agar dapat memperoleh data dengan lengkap sesuai yang diinginkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Negeri 16 Kota Jambi yang berjumlah 23 Anak yang ikut dalam tes pemanduan bakat Sport Search. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa SMP Negeri 16 Kota Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pemanduan Bakat Atlet Cabang Olahraga Sepak Bola Pada Siswa SMP Negeri 16 Kota Jambi adalah kategori berbakat sebesar 26% (6 anak), dan kategori tidak berbakat sebesar 74% (17 anak). Anak- anak yang tidak berbakat di cabang olahraga seapakbola juga memiliki bakat di cabang olahraga lain seperti: lompat jauh, sprint, gymnastics, taekwondo, karate, judo, tenis meja, tenis, bola voli, futsal, dan macam-macam olahraga air. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor perbedaan di antara keduanya, yaitu: lama latihan Sepak Bola, frekuensi latihan, faktor lingkungan dan peran orang tua. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebakatan para siswa cabang olahraga ekstrakurikuler sepak bola Siswa SMP Negeri 16 Kota Jambi sebagian besar menunjukkan kategori tidak berbakat. Meskipun frekuensi anak yang berbakat lebih sedikit tetapi jika dikelola dan difasilitasi dengan baik akan mampu meningkatkan prestasi pada puncaknya.ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to recognize the level of student’s talent especially in football, and other kind of sports for male students who join the extracurricular football program in SMP N 16 Jambi. This research is intentionally done by using descriptive method with qualitative analysis, according to the main objective, getting data as complete as possible. The population in this research in SMP N 16 Jambi’s students who will be put in this sport search talent-scouting, and there are 23 children who are taken as sample in this research. The result of this study shows that the talent scouting in football for SMP N 16 Jambi’s Students categorize them as the talented person for 26% (6 Students), and as many as 74% (17 Students) are categorized as non-talented children in football. However, these not-talented students apparently have a talent in other field of sports such as, long-jump, sprint, gymnastic, taekwondo, karate, judo, table tennis, tennis, volleyball, futsal and several kind of aquatic sports. This condition is influenced by various factors between them such as, duration of football’s exercises, training’s intensity, surrounding factor, and the role of parents. Based on the result mentioned above, it can be brought to an end that the grade of student’s talent in football depicts a number where most of the students are classified as non-talented students in football. However, although the frequency of talented students is lesser than the non-talented ones, this situation can be fixed if it get properly managed and getting facilitated by authorities so it can boost their performance to reach peak achievements in the future.
Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada atlet PPLP Panahan Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan instrumen tes dan pengukuran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet PPLP Panahan Provinsi Jambi yang berjumlah 10 atlet. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lari tes 50 meter, tes gantung siku tekuk dan gantung angkat tubuh, tes baring duduk selama 60 detik, tes loncat tegak dan tes lari 800 meter dan 1000 meter. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada atlet PPLP Panahan Provinsi Jambi yang berkategori baik sebanyak 8 orang dengan persentase 80% dan kategori sedang sebanyak 2 orang dengan persentase sebesar 20%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada atlet PPLP Panahan Provinsi Jambi terdapat tingkat yang baik.
