This study examined the factors that affect the attitude and behavioral intentions toward electronic sports (eSports) among students of higher education institutions based on the technology acceptance model (TAM). The conditional impact of preventive regulatory focus was analyzed in various aspects developed on the regulatory focus theory. These aspects comprised of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on the attitude toward eSports. Accordingly, data were collected from 293 students of higher education institutions in China's Henan Province, presenting a 54.56% response rate. The PLS-SEM analysis was subsequently implemented to confirm the proposed hypotheses. The empirical findings confirmed the significant positive impact of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the attitude toward eSports. However, perceived risk negatively affected the attitude toward eSports. Meanwhile, the findings on the moderating hypotheses found a negligible impact on preventive regulatory focus. This impact was found explicitly on the perceived usefulness-perceived ease of use link with attitude toward eSports. However, the preventive regulatory focus negatively moderated the perceived risk attitude toward eSports. Finally, the implication and limitations were illustrated at the end of the paper.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss potential legal complications as well as the protection of health care employees involved in COVID-19 immunization services at HSFs. COVID-19 instances are increasing at an alarming rate, and strict health norms are falling behind. COVID-19 vaccinations are critical to halting the virus's transmission in the community, reducing disease-related suffering and mortality, boosting herd immunity, and protecting the community from COVID-19 while social and economic activities are restored. COVID-19 vaccination, on the other hand, continues to confront obstacles as a result of public rejection. This scientific publication is based on a normative legal approach. The public's refusal of the COVID-19 vaccine results in a plethora of complications, including public misconceptions and suspicions of vaccination conspiracies by healthcare professionals. According to a review of the literature, health workers who provide COVID-19 vaccination services in Indonesia are legally protected if they follow established procedures. Medical Practice Law No. 29 of 2004, Presidential Regulation No. 14 of 2021, Health Minister of Republic Indonesia Regulations No. 269 and 290, and Decree of the Minister of Public Health HK.01.07/Menkes/413/2020 concerning Coronavirus Disease Prevention and Control 2019 all provide legal protection for health workers.

The research problem is the students' low attitude of responsibility. The research intends to find out how much influence the peer tutor learning model has on students' responsible attitudes in physical education. The type of research is a real experiment, the treatment variables are the peer tutor learning model (MTS) and the direct learning model (MTB). The dependent variable is the attitude of responsibility (STJ). The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Makassar as many as 418 people, with a sample of 76 people who were divided into two groups, namely 38 people in the control group and 38 people in the experimental group. The study lasted for seven meetings in seven weeks, with details of the treatment in five meetings and before and after the treatment was given a pretest and posttest. The data were analyzed by paired t-test. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of MTB on students' STJ in physical education learning (p<0.05) (2) there was significant influence of MPL on students' STJ in physical education learning (p <0.05) (3) MTB is better at improving students' STJ in physical education learning than MPL (p<0.05). In conclusion, MTB is very good at improving STJ..
