The development of information and communication technology in the era of globalization is growing rapidly. This has a significant impact on internet usage in Indonesia. So that makes Indonesia a very potential market for e-commerce, which has triggered the emergence of various online stores in Indonesia. Achieving success in ecommerce business in online stores in Indonesia requires a strategy. Shopee is an ecommerce company that runs the C2C mobile marketplace business, which allows users to buy or sell goods through applications available on the iOS and Android platforms. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of functional comfort and representative excitement on Impulse Buying. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale with PLS (Partial Least Square) method with Smart PLS 3.2.7 software. The sample used in the study was 50 people. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that functional convenience variables have a significant effect on unplanned purchases, while representative excitement variables have no significant effect on Impulse Buying.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul dengan tema kearifan lokal tanaman obat. Adapun prosedur dan tahap pengembangan dalam penelitian ini yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Penelitian yang dilakukan tidak sampai tahap produksi massal dari produk yang sudah dihasilkan, karena peneliti hanya melihat kelayakan produk berdasarkan penilaian validator, pendidik IPA, sehingga keterbatasan peneliti tidak mencakup semua langkah pengembangan yang ada. Hasil validasi dari 3 dosen Institut Agama Islam Negeri Bengkulu yaitu ahli bahasa, ahli materi, dan ahli desain untuk menguji kelayakan Modul Untuk Materi Keanekaragaman Makhluk Hidup Dengan Tema Kearifan Lokal Tanaman Obat Untuk Siswa SMP/MTS yang dikembangkan dinyatakan “sangat layak” untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan persentase hasil penilaian ahli bahasa sebesar 85% sedangkan hasil penilaian ahli materi sebesar 85,45% dan hasil penilaian ahli media sebesar 82,44%. 3. Uji respon dilakukan terhadap 11 orang siswa kelas VII dan 1 orang respon Guru IPA yang ada di MTsN 02 Bengkulu Tengah dinyatakan “sangat praktis” dengan total nilai persentase respon peserta didik sebesar 85,45% dan persentase respon pendidik sebesar 85,71% tergolong dalam kategori “sangat layak”.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemasaran kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 351 pelaku UMKM. Sampel dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling method. Sampel berjumlah sebesar 100 pelaku UMKM di desa Kanekes, Kecamatan Leuwidamar, Lebak. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis partial least square (PLS) dalam analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemasaran kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai bahan masukan bagi pemegang kebijakan mengenai strategi pengembangan keunggulan kompetitif UMKM, dan diharapkan pula dinas terkait dikabupaten Lebak agar menerima hasil penelitian sebagai bahan informasi dalam pengambilan kebijakan guna merumuskan program pembinaan bagi UMKM. Abstract: This study is a quantitative study that aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial marketing and entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage. The total population in this study was 351 MSME actors. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The sample is 100 SMEs in Kanekes village, Leuwidamar district, Lebak. This study uses a partial least square (PLS) analysis tool in inferential analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of entrepreneurial marketing and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive effect on competitive advantage. The results of this study are useful as input for policy holders regarding the development of a competitive advantage strategy for SMEs, and it is also hoped that the relevant agencies in Lebak Regency will accept the results of the research as information material in policy making in order to formulate a coaching program for SMEs.
Competition in the business world in Indonesia in the era of globalization is very strict at the national, regional and international levels. The success of SMEs in Indonesia is inseparable from the role of government and SMEs themselves in an effort to develop SME business activities to achieve competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the differentiation strategy of Baduy's woven fabrics as an effort to gain competitive advantage and alternative strategies that can be done to obtain a competitive advantage. Primary data is obtained by questionnaires and interviews with craft makers and local governments through the Department of Industry and Trade / SMI and the SME office. Secondary data is obtained from the Department of Industry and Trade. The technical data analysis used is descriptive quantitative method, through analysis of internal and external factors, SWOT analysis of matrix, space matrix and IE matrix. The results of the analysis using the SWOT matrix are obtained industrial position in an aggressive strategy alternative, by aggressive expansion and promotion. In Internal External Matrix (IE Matrix), results obtained from the position of the Baduy's weaving industry are in quadrant V (five) with alternative concentration strategies through horizontal integration or stability strategies. SPACE Analysis matrix produces a position in quadrant I (one) with an aggressive strategy alternative. This research model is expected to be an input for the Lebak Regional Government for strategic alternatives in obtaining competitive advantages so that it can help increase the productivity of the Baduy tribe, and be able to contribute or add value in the family even in the regional economy. The research output is a strategy model of competitive advantage in the Baduy's weaving industry.
The purpose of this study to analyze the differences abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after pilpres 9 July 2014, at the company Bakrie Group and MNC Group. The results show: (1) There are no differences in average abnormal return before and after pilpres 9 Juli 2014 on the company Bakrie Group and MNC Group.The absence of a difference is becausereaction IDX to the pilpres 9 July 2014 is instantaneous and not prolonged. (2) There are no differences inaveragetrading volume activitybefore and after pilpres 9 Juli 2014 on the company Bakrie Group, but there are differences in average trading volume activitybefore and after pilpres 9 July 2014 on the companyMNC Group. The discrepancies in the company MNC Group is because investors MNC Group took profit rollicking tacking. While no differences in the company Bakrie Group is because investors Bakrie Group are not bothered by pilpres 9 July 2014. MSMEs are able to penetrate Indonesia's GDP by 60%, but the contribution to Indonesia's exports is still lagging behind compared to Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand and the Philippines which have high competitiveness. The economic potential of the Parung district in 2017, seen from the perspective of the MSMEs is at a growth stage. This research analyzes and proves that Innovation and Entrepreneurship influences the competitiveness of MSMEs in Parung district. The population in this study were the MSMEs of Parung subdistrict registered in the MSMEs forum, the sample used was 60 respondents with the Purposive Sampling method. The method used to analyze and interpret data is descriptive statistical analysis using a variance-based Structural Equation Model or called Partial Least Square. The results obtained by all indicators on all variables of this study have met the convergent validity test. The Average Variance Extracted (AVE) value indicates that the entire construct declared valid. The cronbach’s alpha value of all constructs indicating that the construct is declared reliable. The direction of the relationship between Innovation and Entrepreneurship is positive, and Innovation has a significant effect on competitiveness. The direction of the relationship between Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness is positive and Entrepreneurship has a significant effect on Competitiveness. Overall it can be concluded that both Innovation and Entrepreneurship contribute directly to Competitiveness. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship and technological innovation on the competitive advantage of food MSMEs in Cibinong Subdistrict. The population used for this research is the businessmen MSMEs food entreprises at Cibinong Subdistrict. The number of sample which is taken was 50 respondents. The sampling technique for this research is purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square with 5% significance. The results of the testing are obtained (1) there is a significant effect of entrepreneurship on competitive advantage, (2) there is a significant influence of technological innovation on competitive advantage
The global pandemic of covid disease, covid-19, has caused the world's economic growth and Indonesia's to decline. The positive impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is that it encourages all business actors to fight for the survival of their companies. The rapid advancement of technology can be used to market MSME products to various corners of consumers online. Improving the quality of human resources and information technology is necessary to adapt to various technologies that have emerged in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Community service activities with the theme "Efforts to Increase MSME Capacity Through the Application of Social Media Marketing" were carried out in Duren Mekar village, Bojongsari sub-district, Depok City, aiming to provide training and assistance in marketing products or services through social media. 34 MSME attended this activity. The participant's business fields consist of essential food, culinary, fashion, and handicraft businesses. Types of social media used as product marketing media in Whatsapp: 57.6%; Facebook: 22%; Instagram: 16.9%; Twitter: 1.7%; TikTok:1.7%. These results indicate that the use of social media is still not optimal as a means of marketing products or services as a cheap marketing medium. After training the participants on the application of social media marketing, based on the questionnaire results, it shows that the percentage (%) level of understanding reaches 89.7%. These results explain that after training on social media marketing, participants understand the training material provided. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out ongoing training so that participants can apply it as a marketing strategy to increase sales
