Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan olahraga tradisional sebagai media pembelajaran edukatif pada siswa sekolah dasar. Siswa sekolah dasar mempunyai banyak kendala di era modern ini banyak siswa yang sudah tidak paham dengan olahraga tradisional bagaimana bentuk dan cara pelaksanaannya, jadi tim pengabdian memanfaatkan olahraga tersebut sebagai media untuk pembelajaran edukatif, dengan menggunakan alat-alat permainan bersifat tradisional, sehingga akan menimbulkan kegembiraan dan jiwa sosial anak, meningkatkan kemampuan motorik, menjalin kekompakan, mengasah mental dan yang paling utama meningkatkan kondisi fisik, sehingga dapat mencapai kebugaran jasmani siswa untuk terus semangat dalam belajar dan beraktivitas. The process of implementing community service activities uses socialization and demonstration methods which are directly directed by the service team explaining and exemplifying one by one the easy games, namely terompah panjang and lari balok, as well as difficult games, namely egrang for the use of traditional sports in learning through traditional games, as well procedures for the rules of the game or its implementation. Setelah siswa paham dengan teknik yang akan dipraktikkan tim peneliti membagi beberapa kelompok dari siswa yaitu kelompok yang mempraktikkan terompah panjang, egrang maupun lari balok. kegiatan yang dilaksanakan siswa akan lebih paham tentang olahraga tradisional dan akan meningkatkan kekompakkan, keseimbangan, kelincahan, kecepatan dan koordinasi. Kemudian siswa dapat langsung mempraktikkan secara mandiri dan di awasi oleh tim pengabdian. Tahap evaluasi yaitu mengadakan perlombaan yang diikuti oleh beberapa kelompok siswa yang dilakukan dengan penuh kegembiraan, dan tim yang menang akan mendapatkan hadiah atau bingkisan dari tim pengabdian. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian siswa sangat antusias dalam pelaksanaan olahraga tradisional. Utilization of Traditional Games as Educative Learning Media for Elementary School Students The aims of community service is to find out the use of traditional games as an educational learning medium for elementary school students. Elementary school students have many obstacles in this modern era, many students are no longer familiar with traditional sports how they are formed and implemented, so the service team uses the sport as a medium for educational learning, using traditional game tools, so that it will cause joy and social spirit of children, improve motor skills, establish cohesion, hone mentally and most importantly improve the condition physical, so as to achieve physical fitness of students to continue to be enthusiastic in learning and activities. The process of implementing service activities uses socialization and demonstration methods which are directly directed by the service team to explain and exemplify one by one for the use of traditional sports in learning terompah panjang, egrang and lari balok, as well as procedures for game rules or implementation. After the students understood the techniques to be practiced, the research team divided several groups of students, namely the group that practiced terompah, egrang and block running. The activities carried out by students will understand more about traditional sports and will create cohesiveness, balance, agility, speed and improve coordination and. Then students can directly practice independently and be supervised by the service team. The evaluation stage is to hold a competition that is attended by several groups of students which is carried out with happines and the winner team in the competition the service team provides gifts to the participants as prizes from winning. Based on the results of the service, students are very enthusiastic in implementing traditional sports.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the 2018 physical fitness exercise on increasing physical fitness. This type of research uses experimental research. The population in this study were all female students of class XI SMA Negeri 24 Konawe Selatan, amounting to 44 people, while the sampling technique used a total sampling technique, namely all female students, amounting to 44 people. The instrument in this study was a physical fitness test for Indonesian children aged 16-19 years consisting of 5 items, namely: 1) sprinting 60 meters, 2) hanging elbow bending test for 60 seconds, 3) lying down for 60 seconds, 4) jumping upright and 5 ) run 1000 meters. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant effectiveness of exercise with physical fitness in 2018 to increase physical fitness, namely before doing physical fitness exercises by 12.89 and after exercising physical fitness by 16.02.
This study aims to determine the relationship leg muscle power and service ability in the game of sepak takraw. The population in this study were all 31 participants of the takraw game at SMA Negeri 1 Kontukowuna. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique or total sampling, namely all members of the population used as samples, so that the sample amounted to 31 people. The leg muscle power instrument used a standing broad jump test and the service ability instrument for the game of sepak takraw used the sepak takraw service test. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between leg muscle power and service ability for the student's sepak takraw game, where rxy = 0.49 > rtable (31:0.05) = 0.355 with a coefficient of determination r2 = 0.24 or 24 % means that the leg muscle power makes a big contribution
Physical education is a goal that is carried out through physical activity that can develop human qualities in achieving goals. Exercise that is carried out regularly will improve physical fitness. Students who have fitness will have endurance and concentration in dealing with an increasing learning load. Exercise can be developed by participating in motion activities, one of which is through sports poco-poco gymnastics. the purpose of poco-poco sports activities is to provide education about poco-poco gymnastics as an effort to improve physical fitness and the cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities of elementary school students. The method of implementing this training uses the demonstration method, while the place for this training is held at the village hall of Watumeeto, Lainea sub-district, Konawe Selatan district, Southeast Sulawesi. The training was attended by elementary school students consisting of two schools, namely SD Negeri 3 Lainea and SD Negeri 4 Lainea with a total of approximately 60 students and two accompanying teachers from each school. The implementation process lasted for 1 (one) day, which was carried out on October 1, 2022. Based on the results of the dedication of the participants who took part in the training, they were very enthusiastic and enthusiastic, students or participants were more familiar with the poco-poco sports gymnastic movements which consisted of athletic movements, football, boxing, badminton , swimming, basketball, martial arts, volleyball and weightlifting. All movements that are performed without tools but packaged in sports poco-poco movements, where this movement begins with poco-poco steps, two steps to the right and two steps to the left, with a count of 8 x 8 repetitions. So that the conclusion of this activity can produce little instructors who can guide poco-poco gymnastics in the school environment and in the community environment and participants hope that there will be more training activities related to other gymnastics training.
