The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the forehand smash ability of table tennis in SMA Negeri 4 Kendari students. The population is 19 people. While the sampling technique was carried out by total sampling technique, namely the entire population was sampled, so that in this study the sample consisted of 19 people. The instrument used to measure the forehand smash ability was a smash test 10 times. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics of percentages. The results showed that the analysis of the table tennis forehang smash ability of SMA Negeri 4 Kendari students was obtained as many as 2 students with a percentage of 11% in the very good category, as many as 7 students with a percentage of 37% in the good category, as many as 5 students with a percentage of 26% are in the less category, and as many as 0 students with a percentage of 0% are in the less category. So it can be concluded that the analysis of the table tennis forehand smash ability of SMA Negeri 4 Kendari students is in the good category.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas latihan zig-zag dengan kemampuan dribbling pada permainan sepak bola. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 5 Kendari yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berjumlah 30 orang. Adapun teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu seluruh populasi yang dijadikan sampel, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen kemampuan dribbling menggunakan tes dribbling sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan yaitu latihan zig-zag. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas, homogenitas dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS versi 20, selanjutnya pengujian hipotesis dengan uji statistika uji-t pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikan α 0,05 maka penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat efektivitas latihan zig-zag terhadap kemampuan dribbling pada permainan sepak bola, dimana thitung = 9,86 dan ttabel pada saat distribusi nilai yaitu pada taraf kepercayaan 0,05 = 2,045. Terbukti bahwa terdapat presentase peningkatan sebesar 15,31% pre test dan post test setelah melakukan latihan zig-zag.
Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan olahraga tradisional sebagai media pembelajaran edukatif pada siswa sekolah dasar. Siswa sekolah dasar mempunyai banyak kendala di era modern ini banyak siswa yang sudah tidak paham dengan olahraga tradisional bagaimana bentuk dan cara pelaksanaannya, jadi tim pengabdian memanfaatkan olahraga tersebut sebagai media untuk pembelajaran edukatif, dengan menggunakan alat-alat permainan bersifat tradisional, sehingga akan menimbulkan kegembiraan dan jiwa sosial anak, meningkatkan kemampuan motorik, menjalin kekompakan, mengasah mental dan yang paling utama meningkatkan kondisi fisik, sehingga dapat mencapai kebugaran jasmani siswa untuk terus semangat dalam belajar dan beraktivitas. The process of implementing community service activities uses socialization and demonstration methods which are directly directed by the service team explaining and exemplifying one by one the easy games, namely terompah panjang and lari balok, as well as difficult games, namely egrang for the use of traditional sports in learning through traditional games, as well procedures for the rules of the game or its implementation. Setelah siswa paham dengan teknik yang akan dipraktikkan tim peneliti membagi beberapa kelompok dari siswa yaitu kelompok yang mempraktikkan terompah panjang, egrang maupun lari balok. kegiatan yang dilaksanakan siswa akan lebih paham tentang olahraga tradisional dan akan meningkatkan kekompakkan, keseimbangan, kelincahan, kecepatan dan koordinasi. Kemudian siswa dapat langsung mempraktikkan secara mandiri dan di awasi oleh tim pengabdian. Tahap evaluasi yaitu mengadakan perlombaan yang diikuti oleh beberapa kelompok siswa yang dilakukan dengan penuh kegembiraan, dan tim yang menang akan mendapatkan hadiah atau bingkisan dari tim pengabdian. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian siswa sangat antusias dalam pelaksanaan olahraga tradisional. Utilization of Traditional Games as Educative Learning Media for Elementary School Students The aims of community service is to find out the use of traditional games as an educational learning medium for elementary school students. Elementary school students have many obstacles in this modern era, many students are no longer familiar with traditional sports how they are formed and implemented, so the service team uses the sport as a medium for educational learning, using traditional game tools, so that it will cause joy and social spirit of children, improve motor skills, establish cohesion, hone mentally and most importantly improve the condition physical, so as to achieve physical fitness of students to continue to be enthusiastic in learning and activities. The process of implementing service activities uses socialization and demonstration methods which are directly directed by the service team to explain and exemplify one by one for the use of traditional sports in learning terompah panjang, egrang and lari balok, as well as procedures for game rules or implementation. After the students understood the techniques to be practiced, the research team divided several groups of students, namely the group that practiced terompah, egrang and block running. The activities carried out by students will understand more about traditional sports and will create cohesiveness, balance, agility, speed and improve coordination and. Then students can directly practice independently and be supervised by the service team. The evaluation stage is to hold a competition that is attended by several groups of students which is carried out with happines and the winner team in the competition the service team provides gifts to the participants as prizes from winning. Based on the results of the service, students are very enthusiastic in implementing traditional sports.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari target penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Kapontori yang berjumlah 240 orang yang terdiri dari 95 siswa putra dan siswa putri 145 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling dimana setelah diseleksi dengan pertimbangan jenis kelamin diperoleh 95 orang siswa kemudian dilakukan teknik random sehingga didapatkan sampel berjumlah 24 orang.Instrumen yang digunakan untuk untuk mengukurPower Otot Tungkai adalah dengan tes vertical jump, selanjutnya untuk mengukur kemampuan Smash Permainan Bola Voli adalah dengan tes kemampuan smash bola voli (tes prestasi).Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik product moment dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. dimana hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara Power Otot Tungkai Dengan Kemampuan Smash Permainan Bola Voli dimana rxy = 0,91 > r tabel(0,05:24) = 0,404 dengan koefisiensi determinasi = 0,82 atau 82%.Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik power otot tungkai siswa SMA Negeri 2 Kapontori maka akan semakin baik pula kemampuan mereka dalam melakukan smash pada permainan bola voli
This study aims to determine the effect of strength training using the standing bench press method on shot put ability. This study used a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The total population is 110 students at SMK Negeri 5 Konawe Selatan, with 50 male students and 60 female students. Samples were drawn using purposive sampling techniques or considerations with the male sex and those who had good and correct shot put technique skills so that 30 students were found as samples in the study. The exercise was carried out using the standing bench press method for 16 exercises with the intensity used, namely 70% moderate, 80% heavy, and 60% light. The research instrument is using a shot put ability test. From the results and analysis of the research on the pretest or before the implementation of the exercise with an average of 7.21, while the posttest after the implementation of the exercise with an average of 8.79 from these results there is an increase in shot put ability. Based on the results of the paired samples test or the t-test at a significance of 0.000 0.05, it means that the effect of strength training using the standing bench press method on shot put ability is significant. The results of the study show that strength training using the standing bench press method can improve shot put ability with maximum results
